Claims (8)
- 기재와,
상기 기재를 따라 면상으로 배치되고 도전성 재료로 형성된 도전층과,
상기 도전층과 전기적으로 접속된 전극과,
상기 기재의 상기 도전층이 설치된 측에 배치되고 절연성 재료로 형성된 절연층을 구비하고,
상기 전극은 도전성 폴리머를 통해 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 도전층은 상기 기재의 양측에 마련되는 제1 메탈 나노 와이어층과 제2 메탈 나노 와이어층을 포함하고,
상기 절연층은 복수로 마련되고 어느 하나의 절연층은 상기 제1 메탈 나노 와이어층에 접착층에 의해 부착되고, 다른 하나의 절연층은 상기 제2 메탈 나노 와이어층과 이격 배치되어 접착층에 의해 부착되고,
상기 제2 메탈 나노 와이어층과 상기 다른 하나의 절연층 사이에는 상기 전극과 상기 도전성 폴리머가 배치되고,
상기 제2 메탈 나노 와이어층과 상기 절연층의 사이에는 상기 접착층이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기재는 수지판 또는 수지 필름이며,
상기 도전층은 와이어 메쉬인
발열체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 도전성 재료는 탄소 함유 물질과 금속의 혼합물, 탄소 함유 물질, 및 도전성 고분자로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 종류인
발열체. - 삭제

상기 도전층과 상기 절연층 사이 또는 상기 절연층들 사이에 배치되고, 상기 도전층과 상기 절연층 사이 또는 상기 절연층들 사이에 밀폐 공간을 형성할 수 있는 스페이서부를 구비하는

상기 기재는 직사각형의 판 형상이며,
상기 전극은 상기 기재의 장변의 가장자리를 따라 상기 도전층에 전기적으로 접속된
