Claims (21)
- 교대 플라이(alternating ply)의 형태로 배열된 제1 및 제2 섬유성 성분을 포함하는 극세사 복합 부직포(microfiber composite nonwoven)로서,
- 적어도 하나의 제1 플라이 A는 웹(web)을 형성하도록 레이다운(laydown)되는 용융-방사 복합 필라멘트 형태의 제1 섬유성 성분을 포함하고, 필라멘트의 일부 또는 전부는 0.1 dtex 미만의 평균 선형 밀도를 갖는 기본 필라멘트로 분할되고, 컨솔리데이션(consolidation)되고,
- 적어도 하나의 플라이 B는 제1 플라이 A 상에 배열되고, 플라이 B는 웹을 형성하도록 레이다운되고 컨솔리데이션되는 0.1 내지 3 dtex의 평균 선형 밀도를 갖는 섬유 형태의 제2 섬유성 성분을 포함하고,
- 적어도 하나의 제2 플라이 A는 플라이 B 상에 배열되고,
- 플라이 경계 너머로 이르는 제1 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트는 제2 섬유성 성분의 섬유와 적어도 부분적으로 얽히는, 극세사 복합 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 제1 플라이 A의 용융-방사 복합 필라멘트의 기본 필라멘트는 0.03 dtex 내지 0.06 dtex의 평균 선형 밀도를 갖는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계층 구조 A(BA)nBA(여기서, n = 1 내지 20임)임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분 및 제2 섬유성 성분 중 하나 이상의 복합 필라멘트가 오렌지형 또는 파이 멀티세그먼트(pie multisegmented) 구조의 단면을 갖는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분의 섬유의 파이 배열이 24, 32, 48 또는 64개의 세그먼트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 필라멘트가 둘 이상의 비상용성(incompatible) 열가소성 폴리머를 포함하는 상이한 필라멘트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 섬유성 성분이 2, 4, 8, 또는 16개의 기본 필라멘트로 이루어진 복합 필라멘트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제2 섬유성 성분이 8개의 기본 필라멘트로 이루어진 복합 필라멘트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분의 평균 필라멘트 선형 밀도에 대한 제2 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 평균 필라멘트 선형 밀도의 비가 10 내지 30의 범위 내에 있음을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 비율이 부직포의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 60 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 비율이 30 내지 50 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 비율이 35 내지 45 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 비율이 부직포의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 40 내지 80 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제2 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트의 비율이 50 내지 70 wt%임을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 부직포가 제1 섬유성 성분의 기본 필라멘트에 의해 형성된 표면을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라이 시퀀스(ply sequence) A(BA)nBA(여기서, n = 1 내지 15임)로서, 플라이 A가 적어도 부분적으로 분할된 파이 32 필라멘트를 포함하고, 플라이 B가 적어도 부분적으로 분할된 파이 8 필라멘트를 포함하고, 파이 32 필라멘트의 기본 필라멘트의 선형 밀도가 0.1 dtex 미만이고, 파이 8 필라멘트의 기본 필라멘트의 선형 밀도가 0.1 내지 3 dtex인 플라이 시퀀스를 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라이 A와 플라이 B 사이에 보강 플라이로 구성된 적어도 하나의 추가의 플라이가 배열됨을 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대칭적 계층 구조를 특징으로 하는, 극세사 복합 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 극세사 복합 부직포를 형성시키는 방법으로서,
- 제1 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트를 포함하는 둘 이상의 섬유플라이 A 및 제2 섬유성 성분의 필라멘트를 포함하는 하나 이상의 섬유플라이 B가 별도가 방사되고, 레이다운(lay down)되어 웹을 형성하고, 임의로 니들링(needling)에 의해 프리컨솔리데이션되는(preconsolidated) 단계;
- 섬유플라이 A 및 B가 서로의 상부에 교대로 배열되고, 단 외측 플라이가 섬유플라이 A에 의해 형성되게 주어지는 단계;
- 플라이 어셈블리가 이후 하이드로플루이드 처리(hydrofluid treatment)에 주어져서 제1 섬유성 성분 및 임의로 또한 제2 섬유성 성분을 분할시키고, 그 안에서 그리고 그 사이에서 플라이 A 및 B를 컨솔리데이션시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 테이블 린넨(table linen), 베드 린넨, 또는 위생 린넨 제조시, 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 극세사 복합 부직포를 사용하는 방법.
