Claims (2)
- 카메라로부터 영상을 입력받아 설정 조건에 따라 프리벤트(Prevent) 신호를 발생하는 IECU; 및
상기 IECU로부터 프리벤트(Prevent) 신호 입력시 엔진 시동을 오프(OFF)시키는 제어 신호를 발생시켜 엔진 시동 온/오프 수단으로 출력하는 제1 정지제어수단과, 상기 IECU로부터 프리벤트(Prevent) 신호 입력시 유압유의 흐름을 강제로 차단하는 제어 신호를 발생시켜 유압 차단 수단으로 출력하는 제2 정지제어수단 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함한 VECU를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 IECU는
상기 카메라로부터 입력된 영상 내 움직이는 사물이 해당 장비로부터 설정 반경(또는, 영역) 내에 위치한 경우 프리벤트(Prevent) 신호를 발생시켜 상기 VECU로 출력하는 제1 신호발생수단과, 상기 카메라로부터 입력된 영상 내 움직이는 사물과 해당 장비와의 거리가 설정 거리보다 작은 경우 프리벤트(Prevent) 신호를 발생시켜 상기 VECU로 출력하는 제2 신호발생수단 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어진 건설 장비의 사방 위험 감지 장치에 있어서,
상기 제1 정지제어수단 또는 상기 제2 정지제어수단은 해당 장비의 속도가 설정 속도 값보다 작은 경우로 판별된 경우에만 상기 제어 신호를 발생시키고,
상기 해당 장비의 속도가 설정 속도 값보다 작은 경우는 유압의 토출 유량이 설정 유량 값보다 작은 경우나, 조이스틱의 각도가 설정 각도 값보다 작은 경우 또는, 전/후진 페달의 위치가 설정 위치 값보다 작은 경우나, 입력 RPM 값이 설정 값보다 작은 경우 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 장비의 사방 위험 감지 장치.
