도 2는 실시예 5와 비교예 1의 히알루론산 가교물을 히알루로니다아제에 의해 분해 시 점탄성 변화를 측정한 결과이다.

Claims (7)
- 20 내지 25 중량% 농도의 히알루론산 알칼리 수용액, 및 가교제를 포함하고, 주파수 0.02 내지 1 Hz의 범위에서 Tan δ 값이 0.5 내지 1.5인, 단일상 및 이상 특성을 모두 갖는 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 주파수 0.02 Hz에서 Tan δ 값이 0.5 내지 1.5인, 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히알루론산의 분자량은 100,000 내지 5,000,000인, 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 수용액은 NaOH 수용액인, 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 1,4-부탄디올 디글리시딜 에테르인, 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 단일상 및 이상 특성을 모두 갖는 히알루론산 가교물의 제조방법:
제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 히알루론산 가교물 제조용 조성물을 가교 반응시켜 히알루론산 가교물을 얻는 단계(단계 1); 및
상기 히알루론산 가교물을 세척, 분쇄하여 히알루론산 가교물 슬러리를 얻는 단계(단계 2).
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2는 단계 1 이후에 수득된 상기 히알루론산 가교물을 조쇄하고, 식염수로 세척 및 팽윤시킨 다음, 분쇄하여 히알루론산 가교물 슬러리를 얻는 단계인 것인 제조방법.
