Claims (5)
- 고로슬래그 미분말 60~70중량부를 포함하는 고로슬래그 시멘트 3종 100중량부를 기준으로, 정제 탈황석고 5~15중량부, 폐내화물 2.5~7.5중량부가 혼합된 결합재와,
석분골재 100중량부를 기준으로, 순환골재 40~60중량부, 일라이트 분말 0.1~2중량부가 혼합된 혼합골재를 결합재와 혼합골재 중량비 1:4~6의 비율로 혼합하여 이루어지며,
상기 정제 탈황석고는 직경 0.3~0.5mm의 체를 이용해 탈황석고를 체가름하여 탈황석고에 포함된 활성탄을 제거한 것을 특징으로 하는 고로슬래그 미분말 다량치환 순환골재 콘크리트 2차제품. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폐내화물은 0.05~0.1mm 이하로 분쇄된 미분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 고로슬래그 미분말 다량치환 순환골재 콘크리트 2차제품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 결합재는 AE제, 감수제, AE감수제 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로슬래그 미분말 다량치환 순환골재 콘크리트 2차제품. - 고로슬래그 미분말 60~70중량부를 포함하는 고로슬래그 시멘트 3종 100중량부를 기준으로, 정제 탈황석고 5~15중량부, 폐내화물 2.5~7.5중량부가 혼합된 결합재를 준비하는 단계;
석분골재 100중량부를 기준으로, 순환골재 40~60중량부 일라이트 분말 0.1~2중량부가 혼합된 혼합골재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 결합재와 혼합골재를 중량비 1:4~6의 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계,
상기 결합재와 혼합골재가 혼합된 상기 혼합물 100중량부 기준으로 물을 30~60중량부로 혼합하여 콘크리트 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 콘크리트 조성물을 콘크리트 2차 제품용 거푸집에 타설하여 성형 후 양생하는 단계로 이루어지며,
상기 결합재 준비 단계에서 정제 탈황석고는 직경 0.3~0.5mm의 체를 이용해 탈황석고를 체가름하여 탈황석고에 포함된 활성탄을 제거하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 고로슬래그 미분말 다량치환 순환골재 콘크리트 2차제품의 제조방법.
