도 2는 결합재 구성재료인 알카리활성화제의 혼합비 즉, 규산나트륨과 수산화나트륨의 혼합비에 따른 슬럼프 결과와 압축강도 결과를 보이는 그래프.
Claims (8)
- 바텀애시 및 알카리성 수산화물과 규산염으로 구성되는 알카리활성화제를 포함하되, 상기 바텀애시에 대하여 알카리활성화제는 중량비로 60% 내지 65%인 것을 특징으로 하되, 상기 알카리활성화제는 수산화나트륨에 있어 수분함량이 기여하는 슬럼프치와 수산화나트륨의 Na와 규산나트륨의 Si가 기여하는 강도면을 고려하여 알카리성 수산화물과 규산염은 중량비로 1:1이며, 상기 바텀애쉬의 분말도는 3,800 ~ 4,100㎠/g 이고, 상기 알카리성 수산화물은 6 내지 16M 범위의 수산화나트륨이며, 상기 규산염은 규산나트륨으로 상기 규산나트륨은 SiO2와 Na2O의 몰비가 1.0 내지 3.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애시를 포함하는 비소성 결합재가 배합되어,
슬럼프플로우가 150mm이상이고, 재령 28일 압축강도가 50Mpa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 콘크리트. - 삭제
