Claims (5)
- 조성물 총 중량에 대하여,
(a) 개질 용융 제련 슬래그 혼합물 10 내지 40 중량%;
(b) 고로수쇄 슬래그 20 내지 50 중량%;
(c) 유동층상 보일러에서 발생하는 플라이 애쉬 10 내지 30 중량%;
(d) 무수 망초 5 내지 10 중량%;
(e) 응결지연제 1 내지 5 중량%;를 포함하며,
상기 (a) 개질 용융 제련 슬래그 혼합물은 제철소 제련 공정에서 발생하는 슬래그를 용융하여 냉각시키는 공정으로 제조되는 용융슬래그 70 내지 90 중량%와 이수석고(CaSO4·2H2O) 10 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친해양환경성 해양콘크리트용 결합재 조성물로서,
상기 결합재 조성물은 결합재 조성물 고형분 100 중량부를 기준으로 25 내지 70 중량부의 해수를 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친해양환경성 해양콘크리트용 결합재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용융된 슬래그를 냉각시키는 공정은 슬래그를 용융시킨 상태에서, 10 내지 30 분 내에 60℃이하로 냉각시키는 급냉공정에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 친해양환경성 해양콘크리트용 결합재 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항의 친해양환경성 해양콘크리트용 결합재 조성물을 포함하는 해양용 시멘트 모르타르.
- 제1항의 친해양환경성 해양콘크리트용 결합재 조성물을 포함하는 해양콘크리트.
