도 2는 본 발명에서 스위칭 주파수 변경을 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 스위칭 주파수 가변 제어가 수행되는 제어 시스템의 구성도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 제어 과정을 나타내는 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에서 소음 발생 영역 진입 확인, 스위칭 주파수 변경, 삼각파 생성 및 PWM 신호 생성 과정을 순서대로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 제어 방법을 적용할 경우 소음 주파수 영역이 변화함을 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 현재의 모터 토크와 모터 속도를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 단계와;
모니터링되는 현재의 모터 토크와 모터 속도가 모두 현재의 스위칭 주파수에 설정된 소음 발생 영역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계와;
현재의 모터 토크와 모터 속도가 모두 소음 발생 영역에 해당하는 것으로 판단한 경우 현재의 모터 토크와 모터 속도에 해당하는 스위칭 주파수 변경 값을 산출하는 단계와;
상기 스위칭 주파수 변경 값으로 PWM 신호를 생성하여 인버터 구동을 제어하는 단계;
를 포함하는 소음 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차의 인버터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
현재의 모터 토크가 소음 발생 영역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계에서,
각 스위칭 주파수에 대해 소음이 발생하는 모터 토크 영역을 규정한 토크-스위칭 주파수 소음 영역 맵을 이용하여 현재의 모터 토크가 상기 모터 토크 영역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차의 인버터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
현재의 모터 속도가 소음 발생 영역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계에서,
각 스위칭 주파수에 대해 소음이 발생하는 모터 속도 영역을 규정한 속도-스위칭 주파수 소음 영역 맵을 이용하여 현재의 모터 속도가 상기 모터 속도 영역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차의 인버터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스위칭 주파수 변경 값을 산출하는 단계에서,
각 모터 토크와 모터 속도에 대해 스위칭 주파수 변경 값을 규정해놓은 속도-토크ㅡ스위칭 주파수 테이블을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차의 인버터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 현재의 모터 토크와 모터 속도 중 어느 하나라도 현재의 스위칭 주파수에 설정된 소음 발생 영역을 벗어나면 스위칭 주파수를 미리 설정된 기본 스위칭 주파수로 복귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차의 인버터 제어 방법.
