상기 지지 부재의 상기 일면 상에 제1 금속층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 금속층 상에 절연재를 배치하는 단계;
상기 절연재가 복수의 격벽 패턴을 가지도록 패터닝하는 단계;
상기 격벽 패턴들 사이의 공간 내로 제2 금속층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 절연재 및 그 아래 배치되는 제1 금속층의 적어도 일부를 동시에 제거하는 단계;
상기 제2 금속층과 그 아래 배치되는 제1 금속층의 노출되는 표면을 모두 감싸도록 절연 코팅하는 단계;

상기 절연재 및 그 아래 배치되는 제1 금속층을 동시에 제거하는 단계는 레이져 트리밍 (Laser Trimming) 을 사용하는, 인덕터의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 봉합재를 충진하는 단계는 상기 제1 금속층과 그에 인접하는 다른 제1 금속층 사이의 공간을 충진하는 것을 포함하는, 인덕터의 제조방법.
