Claims (15)
- 중합 촉매의 존재하에 다중모드 에틸렌 폴리머를 제조하는 방법으로서,
- 중합 촉매의 존재하에, 30℃ 내지 70℃의 온도, 및 1 bar 내지 150 bar의 압력에서, 제1 중합 단계로 에틸렌을 중합하여, 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머를 제조하는 단계;
- 수소 및 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머의 존재하에, 50℃ 내지 115℃의 온도, 및 1 bar 내지 150 bar의 압력에서, 제2 중합 단계로 에틸렌을 중합하여, 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머 및 에틸렌의 제2 호모폴리머를 포함하는 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
- 4개 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알파-올레핀 코모노머 및 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 존재하에, 50℃ 내지 100℃의 온도, 및 10 bar 내지 40 bar의 압력에서, 제3 중합 단계로 에틸렌을 공중합하여, 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물 및 에틸렌의 제3 코폴리머를 포함하는 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머는 0.1 g/10 min 내지 0.7 g/10 min의 용융 유속(MFR21)을 가지고;
상기 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 10 g/10 min 내지 250 g/10 min의 용융 유속(MFR2) 및 965 kg/m3보다 큰 밀도를 가지고;
상기 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 1 g/10 min 내지 50 g/10 min의 용융 유속(MFR21) 및 935kg/m3 내지 960kg/m3의 밀도를 가지며,
상기 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 2중량% 내지 20중량%의 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머, 및 80중량% 내지 98중량%의 에틸렌의 제2 호모폴리머를 포함하고,
상기 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 40중량% 내지 60중량%의 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물 및 40중량% 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌의 제3 코폴리머를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 45중량% 내지 55중량%의 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물 및 45중량% 내지 55중량%의 에틸렌의 제3 코폴리머를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 45중량% 내지 60중량%의 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물 및 40중량% 내지 55중량%의 에틸렌의 제3 코폴리머를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물은 4중량% 내지 18중량%의 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머, 및 82중량% 내지 96중량%의 에틸렌의 제2 호모폴리머를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 반응기의 유체 상 중의 에틸렌 함량은 0.2몰% 내지 50몰%인,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 밀도는 968 kg/m3 내지 978 kg/m3인,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 밀도는 940 kg/m3 내지 955 kg/m3인,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 MFR2는 10 g/10 min 내지 100 g/10 min인,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 MFR2는 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물의 MFR2보다 큰,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 중합 단계 및 제2 중합 단계는 슬러리 중합으로서 수행되는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제3 중합 단계는 유동 배드(fluidized bed)에서 기상(vapour phase)으로 수행되는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
- 에틸렌, 희석제 및 중합 촉매를 상기 제1 중합 단계로 연속적으로 도입하는 단계;
- 상기 제1 중합 단계로부터 에틸렌의 제1 호모폴리머를 포함하는 스트림을 배출하여, 상기 제2 중합 단계로 전달하는 단계;
- 에틸렌, 수소 및 희석제의 스트림을 상기 제2 중합 단계로 도입하는 단계;
- 상기 제2 중합 단계로부터 제1 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물을 포함하는 스트림을 배출하고, 상기 스트림의 적어도 일부를 제3 중합 단계로 전달하는 단계;
- 에틸렌, 수소 및 알파-올레핀 코모노머의 스트림을 상기 제3 중합 단계에 도입하는 단계;
- 상기 제3 중합 단계로부터 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물을 포함하는 스트림을 배출하고, 그로부터 제2 에틸렌 폴리머 혼합물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합 촉매는
(i) 무기 산화물 담체 상에 담지된 할로겐 함유 티탄 화합물 및 마그네슘 화합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매 성분, 및
(ii) 활성화제를 포함하는,
제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 무기 산화물 담체는 5㎛ 내지 15㎛의 중간 입자 크기(D50)를 갖는,
제조 방법.
