Claims (13)
- 소지강판; 및 상기 소지강판 상에 잉크젯프린터로 인쇄되어 형성된 잉크젯인쇄 도막층; 및 상기 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 상에 클리어처리되어 형성된 클리어처리 도막층부;를 포함하며,
상기 클리어처리 도막층부는, 복수 개의 클리어처리 도막층을 구비하며,
상기 복수 개의 클리어처리 도막층은, 솔벤트도료에 의해 코팅된 후 경화처리된 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층; 및 상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층 상에 형성되며, 자외선도료에 의해 코팅된 후 경화처리된 자외선 클리어처리 도막층;을 구비하며,
상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층과 자외선 클리어처리 도막층은 순차적으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 잉크젯 칼라강판.

상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층과 자외선 클리어처리 도막층 각각은 두께가 5㎛ 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 잉크젯 칼라강판.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 소지강판의 상면에 형성된 상면 화성처리 도막층과, 하면에 형성된 하면 화성처리 도막층;
상기 상면 화성처리 도막층과 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 사이에 순차적으로 적층되어 형성된 하도 도막층과 상도 도막층; 및
상기 하면 화성처리 도막층의 하면에 형성된 기본 도막층;
을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 잉크젯 칼라강판.
- 소지강판 상에 잉크젯인쇄 도막층을 형성시키도록, 잉크젯프린터로 인쇄를 하는 잉크젯인쇄단계; 및 상기 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 상에 클리어처리 도막층부를 형성시키도록, 상기 소지강판을 클리어처리를 하는 클리어처리단계;를 포함하며,
상기 클리어처리단계는, 상기 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 상에 솔벤트코터로 솔벤트도료를 코팅하는 솔벤트도료 코팅공정; 상기 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 상에 코팅된 상기 솔벤트도료를 열경화유닛으로 경화시키는 열경화공정;을 구비하여, 상기 잉크젯인쇄 도막층 상에 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층을 형성시키고, 상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층 상에 자외선코터로 자외선도료를 코팅하는 외선도료 코팅공정; 및 상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층 상에 코팅된 상기 자외선도료를 자외선경화유닛으로 경화시키는 자외선 경화공정;을 더 구비하여, 상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층 상에 자외선 클리어처리 도막층을 형성시켜서, 상기 솔벤트 클리어처리 도막층과 자외선 클리어처리 도막층을 순차적으로 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 잉크젯 칼라강판의 제조방법.

상기 열경화유닛은 적외선 경화기, 근적외선 경화기, 열코일, 및 가스오븐 경화기 중 적어도 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 잉크젯 칼라강판의 제조방법.
