Abstract
본 발명에 따른 방담성 광학물품 및 그 제조방법은, 유리 또는 플라스틱 기재의 표면에 -(CH2CH2O)n-으로 표시되는 폴리옥시에틸렌 사슬을 가지는 우레탄 또는 아크릴 수지를 성분으로서 가지는 흡수층을 형성하고, 상기 흡수층의 표면에 아미노변성 실리콘 또는 메르캅토변성 실리콘의 적어도 하나를 성분으로서 가지는 발수층을 형성하여, 상기 발수층 표면의 물에 대한 접촉각을 100도 이상으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 유리 또는 플라스틱 기재의 표면에 -(CH2CH2O)n-으로 표시되는 폴리옥시에틸렌 사슬을 가지는 우레탄 또는 아크릴 수지를 성분으로서 가지는 흡수층을 형성하고, 상기 흡수층의 표면에 아미노변성 실리콘 또는 메르캅토변성 실리콘의 적어도 하나를 성분으로서 가지는 발수층을 형성하여, 상기 발수층 표면의 물에 대한 접촉각을 100도 이상으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수층의 두께는 1.0∼50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발수층의 두께는 0.5∼20㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품. - 유리 또는 플라스틱 기재의 표면에 폴리옥시에틸렌 사슬을 가지는 우레탄 또는 아크릴 수지를 성분으로서 가지는 흡수층을 형성하고, 상기 흡수층의 표면에 표면 활성화 처리를 행한 후에 상기 흡수층의 표면에 아미노변성 실리콘 또는 메르캅토변성 실리콘의 적어도 하나를 성분으로서 가지는 발수층을 형성하는 것으로 상기 발수층 표면의 물에 대한 접촉각을 100도 이상으로 설정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 표면 활성화 처리 전에 흡수층 표면 및 내부로부터의 수용성 성분의 제거를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품의 제조방법. - 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 표면 활성화 처리는 플라즈마 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방담성 광학물품의 제조방법.
