도 4는 도 3에서 A-A`를 따라서 절단한 단면을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 5는 광 변환 차광 시트를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 5에서 B-B`를 따라서 절단한 단면을 도시한 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 도광판;
상기 도광판의 측면 상에 배치되고, 청색광을 발생시키는 광원;
상기 광원으로부터의 광이 입사되는 광학 시트;
상기 광학 시트 상에 배치되고, 유효 표시 영역 및 상기 유효 표시 영역의 주위에 비유효 표시 영역을 포함하는 표시패널; 및
상기 비유효 표시 영역에 대응하여 배치되는 광 변환 차광 시트를 포함하고,
상기 광학 시트는 상기 광 변환 차광 시트 및 상기 도광판 사이에 배치되는 광 변환 시트를 포함하고,
상기 광 변환 시트는,
하부 기판;
상기 하부 기판 상에 배치되는 상부 기판; 및
상기 하부 기판 및 상기 상부 기판 사이에 배치되는 광 변환층을 포함하고,
상기 광 변환층은,
제 1 호스트층; 및
상기 제 1 호스트층에 분산되는 제 1 광 변환 입자를 포함하고,
상기 광 변환 차광 시트는
상기 표시 패널 및 상기 광학 시트 사이에 배치되는 차광부; 및
상기 차광부의 하면에 배치되는 광 변환부를 포함하고,
상기 광 변환부는,
제 2 호스트층; 및
상기 제 2 호스트층에 분산되는 제 2 광 변환 입자를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 광 변환 입자 및 상기 제 2 광 변환 입자는 상기 청색광을 녹색광 및 적색광으로 변화시키고,
상기 제 1 광 변환 입자 및 상기 제 2 광 변환 입자는 양자점을 포함하는 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 변환부는 상기 차광부에 대응되는 형상을 가지는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 변환부는 상기 차광부의 하면에 직접 배치되는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차광부는 상기 광 변환부와 직접 대향되는 반사면을 포함하는 표시장치.
