Claims (6)
- 한방향으로 배열한 탄소섬유에 열경화성 수지 조성물을 함침시켜 이루어지는 프리프레그로서, 상기 탄소섬유와 상기 열경화성 수지 조성물이 하기 (i),(ii)의 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
(i) 상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 150℃에서 겔 타임을 t(초), 경화도 95% 도달시간을 T(초)로 했을 때, 30≤t≤60, 6.5≤T/t≤8.0
(ii) 상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 에폭시 수지는 비스페놀 A형, 페놀 노볼락형, 크레졸 노볼락형 및 테트라글리시딜 디아미노 디페닐 메탄(TGDDM) 에폭시 수지를 포함하고, 에폭시 수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 비스페놀 A 에폭시 20 내지 30중량부; 노볼락 에폭시 55 내지 70중량부이며, 상기 노볼락 에폭시는 노볼락 에폭시 100중량부를 기준으로, 페놀 노볼락 50 내지 60중량부; 및 크레졸 노볼락 40 내지 50중량부를 포함함.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 에폭시 수지로는 트리글리시딜 아미노 페놀(TGAP) 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
테트라글리시딜 디아미노 디페닐 메탄(TGDDM) 및 트리글리시딜 아미노 페놀(TGAP) 에폭시 수지의 합이 8 내지 12중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 경화제로는 디시안디아미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 경화촉진제로는 3,3-(4-메틸-1,3-페닐렌)-비스(1,1-디메틸우레아)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
