Description
Claims (14)
- 엘라스토머성 중합체,
페놀 포름알데히드 수지 가교제, 및
활성화제
를 포함하며, 활성화된 제올라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물로서,
상기 엘라스토머성 중합체가 NR, SBR, BR, NBR, HNBR, SIBR, IIR, CR, EPDM, CM, CSM, CIIR, BIIR, IR 또는 이들의 혼합물이고,
상기 활성화제가 금속 할로겐화물 또는 할로겐화된 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것인, 가황성 고무 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 엘라스토머성 중합체가 1,1-이치환된 또는 1,1,2-삼치환된 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성화제가 금속 할로겐화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성화제가 할로겐화된 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀 포름알데히드 수지가 할로겐화된 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성화제가 중금속 산화물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가공 조제, 발포제, 충전제, 연화제, 안정화제 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 더 포함하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴산 중합체, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 염소화 폴리에틸렌, 우레탄 중합체, 스티렌 중합체, 실리콘 중합체 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된, 엘라스토머성 중합체가 아닌 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항, 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가황성 고무 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 가황성 고무 조성물을 형상화하는 단계, 및 형상화된 고무 조성물을 가황시키는 단계를 포함하는, 가황 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 형상화된 고무 조성물이 압출, 캘린더링(calendaring), 압축 성형, 트랜스퍼(transfer) 성형, 사출 성형 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가황을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 가황 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아크릴산 중합체가 폴리(메타)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
