Claims (8)
- 테레프탈산을 제외한 방향족 카르본산의 제조 프로세스에서의 산화반응 모액 중의 미세결정을 산화반응 모액의 유통 순환 운전을 하면서 세라믹 필터를 이용하여 크로스플로우 방식으로 여과하는데 있어서,
(I) 미세결정 여과 운전
(II) 산화반응 모액의 유통 순환 운전을 유지한 채로 여과액에 의한 역세 운전
을 행할 때, (II) 여과액에 의한 역세 운전을,
(II-A) 운전시간이 5 ~ 60[초]인 범위
(II-B) 여과측과 유통로측의 차압이 0.10 ~ 1.0[MPa]인 범위

에서 행하고,
여과 모듈의 상류와 하류에 컨트롤 밸브를 설치하여, 여과액에 의한 역세시에는 하류의 컨트롤 밸브의 개도를 크게 하고, 동시에 상류의 컨트롤 밸브의 개도를 조이는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
(I) 미세결정 여과 운전을,
(I-A) 운전시간이 60 ~ 1800[초]인 범위
(I-B) 유통로측과 여과측의 차압이 0.05 ~ 0.5[MPa]인 범위
(I-C) 산화반응 모액의 세라믹 필터 유통로 내에서의 순환 선속도가, 유통로 입구 기준으로 1000 ~ 10000[m/hr]인 범위
(I-D) 여과액의 여과 선속도가 0.5 ~ 3.0[m/hr]인 범위
에서 행하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
(III) 산화반응 모액의 유통 순환 운전을 유지한 채로 세정 용매에 의한 역세 운전을 추가로 행하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
(III)의 세정 용매에 의한 역세 운전을,
(III-A) 운전시간이 5 ~ 120[초]인 범위
(III-B) 세정 용매에 의한 역세시의 여과측과 유통로측의 차압이 0.10 ~ 1.0[MPa]인 범위
(III-C) 역세시의 세정 용매의 공급 선속도가 1.0 ~ 20[m/hr]인 범위
(III-D) 세정 용매의 온도가, 「산화반응 모액온도」 ~ 「산화반응 모액온도+35℃」인 범위
에서 행하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
(I)의 미세결정 여과 운전 및 (II)의 여과액에 의한 역세 운전으로 이루어진 운전을 반복하여 행하고, (II)의 여과액에 의한 역세 운전으로는 여과유량 회복을 유지할 수 없게 되었을 때에, (III)의 세정 용매에 의한 역세 운전을 행하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
세정 용매가 함수율 0.1 ~ 30질량%의 아세트산인 여과 운전 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
여과액에 의한 역세시에, 세라믹 필터의 순환 출구 배관측의 압력을 낮추고, 차압을 없애, 여과액을 공급하는 여과 운전 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
방향족 카르본산이 적어도, 안식향산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 메타톨루엔산, 트리메스산, 3,5-디메틸안식향산, 트리멜리트산, 피로멜리트산, 1,5-나프탈렌디카르본산 또는 2,6-나프탈렌디카르본산 중 어느 하나인 여과 운전 방법.
