Claims (10)
- 블레이드 에어포일(2)과,
원주방향 슬롯 내에 배치된 마름모형 헤머헤드(hammerhead) 기부로서 구성된 블레이드 기부(3)와,
블레이드 에어포일(2)의 단부에 배열된 블레이드 팁(30)과,
블레이드 기부(3)와 블레이드 에어포일(2) 사이의 슈라우드(14)를 포함하는 터빈 블레이드(1)이며,
블레이드 기부(3) 및 블레이드 에어포일(2)은 블레이드 축(4)을 따라 블레이드 기부(3)로부터 블레이드 팁(30)을 향해 구성되며,
슈라우드(14)는 전방면(40) 및 이에 대해 평행으로 배열된 후방면(41)과, 제1 지지면(43) 및 이에 대해 평행으로 배열된 제2 지지면(44)을 갖는 평행 사변형(42)을 포함하며,
제1 지지면(43)은 인접한 터빈 블레이드의 제2 지지면(44)에의 지지를 위해 배향되고,
블레이드 에어포일(2)은 프로파일화되어 형성되며, 선단 에지(45) 및 후단 에지(46)를 포함하며, 선단 에지(45)는 전방면(40)을 향하며, 후단 에지(46)는 후방면(41)을 향하는 터빈 블레이드(1)에 있어서,
전방면(40)은 부분적으로 만곡부(20)를 포함하고,
전방면(40)은 길이 LO를 가지며, 만곡부(20)는 LKV에서 시작되며,
0.3 LO < LKV < 0.7 LO, 0.2 LO < LKV < 0.8 LO 또는 0.45 LO < LKV < 0.55 LO 이며,
상기 평행 사변형은 예각의 영역에 배열된 모서리(16, 24)를 포함하고 상기 만곡부는 상기 모서리의 영역에 형성되며,
상기 평행 사변형(42)은 둔각을 포함하고 상기 LKV는 상기 둔각과 상기 만곡부(20)의 시작 지점 사이의 거리를 나타내는, 터빈 블레이드(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 후방면(41)은 부분적으로 만곡부(20)를 포함하는 터빈 블레이드(1).

0.2 LO < LKR < 0.8 LO, 0.3 LO < LKR < 0.7 LO 또는 0.45 LO < LKR < 0.55 LO이며,
LKR은 상기 둔각과 상기 만곡부(20)의 시작 지점 사이의 거리를 나타내는, 터빈 블레이드(1). - 터빈 블레이드 배열체를 제조하기 위한 방법이며,

상기 슈라우드(14)에는 슬롯을 향하는 전방면(40)이 형성되고,
상기 전방면(40)에는, 작동 중에, 상기 터빈 블레이드 기부(3)로부터 슬롯으로 발생되는 힘이 상기 전방면(40)의 소성 변형을 야기하지 않도록 구성된 만곡부(20)가, 상기 전방면(40)과 제2 지지면(44) 사이의 예각의 영역에 형성되는, 터빈 블레이드 배열체를 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부는 볼록하게 굽은 만곡부(20b)인, 터빈 블레이드 배열체를 제조하기 위한 방법.
