Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 수 평균 분자량이 50000 이상인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a)와, 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)와, 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)와, 수 평균 분자량이 50000 미만인 폴리올레핀 수지 (d)를 포함하고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)가, 적어도 1개의 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위를 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 A와 적어도 1개의 공액 디엔 화합물 단위를 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 B를 갖고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량이 5 내지 30질량%이며,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)의 전체 공액 디엔 화합물 단위의 80몰% 이상이 수소 첨가되고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)의 수소 첨가 전의 비닐 결합량이 60몰%를 초과하고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)가, 적어도 1개의 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위를 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 C와 적어도 1개의 공액 디엔 화합물 단위를 주체로 하는 중합체 블록 D를 갖고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량이 5 내지 30질량%이며,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)의 전체 공액 디엔 화합물 단위의 80몰% 이상이 수소 첨가되고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)의 수소 첨가 전의 비닐 결합량이 40 내지 60몰%이며,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)의 함유량과 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)의 함유량의 질량비〔(b)/(c)〕가 20/80 내지 80/20이며,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a)의 함유량과, 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)와 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)의 함유량의 합계의 질량비〔(a)/((b)+(c))〕가 40/60 내지 90/10이고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)의 함유량이 8질량% 이상이며,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)와 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c)의 합계 함유량 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 (d)의 함유량이 0.01 내지 1.5질량부인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a)가 프로필렌 함유량을 98질량% 이하로 하는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체를 포함하는, 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 (d)가 에틸렌의 단독 중합체인, 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량이 8 내지 17질량%인, 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량과 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량의 차가 8질량% 이하이고,
상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량과 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (c) 중의 전체 방향족 비닐 화합물 단위의 함유량의 평균이 9 내지 20질량%인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b)가 A1-B1-A2-B2의 구조로 표시되고,
상기 구조에 있어서, 상기 A1 및 A2는 상기 중합체 블록 A에 포함되며, 상이하거나 동일할 수 있고, 상기 B1 및 B2는 상기 중합체 블록 B에 포함되며, 상기 수소 첨가 블록 공중합체 (b) 중에 있어서의 B2의 함유량이 0.1 내지 9.1질량%인, 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 질량비〔(b)/(c)〕가 40/60 내지 60/40인, 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 질량비〔(a)/((b)+(c))〕가 60/40 내지 80/20인, 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 포함하는 시트상 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 포함하는 시트상 성형체이며,
두께 0.2㎜에서의 두께 환산 헤이즈(%)가 4% 이하인, 시트상 성형체. - 제11항에 기재된 시트상 성형체를 포함하는, 의료용, 식품용 또는 의료용(衣料用)의 포장 재료.
- 제12항에 기재된 시트상 성형체를 포함하는, 의료용, 식품용 또는 의료용(衣料用)의 포장 재료.
