Abstract
Description
도 3은 시스테인을 대체하여 혐기여액을 사용한 미생물 배양기에서 미생물 배양한 경우 시간에 따른 수소 생산량을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 비타민을 대체하여 혐기여액을 사용한 미생물 배양기에서 미생물 배양한 경우 시간에 따른 수소 생산량을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 효모추출물을 대체하여 음식물 탈리액을 사용한 미생물 배양기에서 미생물 배양한 경우 시간에 따른 수소 생산량을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6 내지 8은 효모추출물을 대체하여 5분, 30분 또는 60분 동안 초음파 처리된 하수슬러지를 사용한 미생물 배양기에서 미생물 배양한 경우 시간에 따른 수소 생산량을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 9는 부산, 진주, 여수, 순천, 또는 정읍의 폐기물 처리액에서 수거한 유출수를 사용한 미생물 배양기에서 미생물을 배양한 경우 시간에 따른 수소 생산량을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (19)
- 써모코커스 온누리누스 NA1(기탁번호: KCTC 10859BP), 해수 및 유기성 폐기물을 포함하며, 상기 유기성 폐기물은 화학적 산소요구량(Chemical Oxygen Demand, COD) 기준으로10000ppm 이상이고, 음식물 쓰레기 혐기 소화 처리장으로부터 배출된 유출수인 혐기 여액 및 하수 슬러지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인, 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하수슬러지는 5~30분 동안 초음파 처리된 것인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배지 조성물은 상기 혐기여액, 써모코커스 온누리누스 NA1(기탁번호: KCTC 10859BP), 해수, 시스테인, 및 비타민을 포함하고, 상기 혐기여액의 농도는 0.5g/L 이상인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배지 조성물은 상기 혐기여액, 써모코커스 온누리누스 NA1(기탁번호: KCTC 10859BP) , 해수, 효모추출물(Yeast extract); 및 시스테인 또는 비타민을 포함하고, 상기 혐기여액의 농도는 5~20g/L인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.

- 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시스테인은 농도가 0.1~0.9g/L인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 효모추출물은 농도가 5~15g/L인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비타민은 농도가 0.5~1.5ml/L인 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비타민은,
p-아미노벤조산(p-aminobenzoic acid) 3~7mg/L, 비오틴(Biotin) 1~3mg/L, DL-판토텐산칼슘(DL-calcium pantothenate) 3~7mg/L, 시아노코발라민(Cyanocobalamin(B12)) 0.05~0.15mg/L, 엽산(Folic acid) 1~3mg/L, 니코틴산(Nicotinic acid) 3~7mg/L, 피리독신(Pyridoxine) 8~12mg/L, 리보플라빈(Rioboflavin) 3~7mg/L, 티아민염산염(Thiamine-HCl) 3~7mg/L, 및 리포산(Lipoic acid) 3~7mg/L을 포함하는 수소 생산용 배지 조성물.
- 써모코커스 온누리누스 NA1(기탁번호: KCTC 10859BP)를 해수 및 유기성 폐기물이 포함된 배지에서 배양하며, 상기 유기성 폐기물은 화학적 산소요구량(Chemical Oxygen Demand, COD) 기준으로 10000ppm 이상이고, 음식물 쓰레기 혐기 소화 처리장으로부터 배출된 유출수인 혐기 여액 및 하수 슬러지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인, 배지에서 배양하여 수소를 생산하는 수소생산 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 배지에 일산화탄소를 공급하여 배양하는 수소생산 방법.
