Claims (9)
- 중성화된 콘크리트 구조물의 보수공법에 있어서,
손상부위의 이물질을 제거하는 전처리 단계;
상기 손상부위에 콘크리트 구조물 성능 개선재를 도포하여 제1 코팅층을 형성하여, 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 알칼리성 및 강도를 회복시키는 제1 코팅층 형성단계;
상기 제1 코팅층이 도포된 상기 손상부위에 보수 콘크리트를 타설하여 상기 손상부위에 보수층을 형성하는 보수 콘크리트 타설단계;
상기 보수층의 중성화를 방지하도록, 상기 보수층 평면에 상기 콘크리트 구조물 성능 개선재를 도포하여 제2 코팅층을 형성하는 제2 코팅층 형성단계;
아크릴 중합체 40 ~ 50wt%, 탄산칼슘 40 ~ 50wt%, 이산화티타늄 3 ~ 5wt%, 증점제 2 ~ 3wt%, 습윤제 0.1 ~ 0.5wt%, pH조절제 0.1 ~ 3wt%, 물 3 ~ 4wt% 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 탄성 보수재를 상기 제2 코팅층 평면에 도포하여 제3 코팅층을 형성하는 제3 코팅층 형성단계; 및
상기 제3 코팅층의 표면에 아크릴계, 에폭시계, 우레탄계 우레아계 및 이들 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 도료를 도포하는 마무리 단계;를 포함하는, 콘크리트 구조물 보수방법.
