Claims (9)
- 균열억제형 기능성 결합재 5~80 중량%, 잔골재 15~85 중량% 및 물 1~30 중량%를 포함하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물로서, 상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 조강포틀랜드 시멘트 20~95 중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트시멘트 1~40 중량%, 분말도가 3,000~8,500 cm2/g인 비트리파이드 0.1~10 중량%, 탄화텅스텐 0.1~10 중량%, 에보나이트 0.1~10 중량%, 옥틸실리케이트 0.01~10 중량%, 질화붕소 0.01~10 중량%, 폴리에틸렌비닐아세테이트 0.1~10 중량%, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트-폴리디메틸실록산 공중합체 0.1~10 중량%, 오가노클로로실란 0.1~10 중량%, 및 올리고시아노아크릴레이트 0.1~10 중량%를 포함하며,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 0.1~10 중량%를 더 포함하며, 염해방지를 위하여 하기 화학식 4로 표시된 유기 구리 화합물을 0.01 내지 3 중량%로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물:

a, b 및 c는 몰분율로서 a는 0.1~0.5이며, b는 0.1~0.5이며 및 c는 0.1~0.5이며, a+b+c=1이다.

- 제1항에 있어서,
균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 휘스커 0.01~10 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 폴리프로필렌섬유, 폴리에스터섬유, 나일론 섬유 및 매크로 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 친수성 섬유 0.01~5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 산화이트륨 0.01~10 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 프로필렌글리콜알지네이트 0.01~5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 부틸스테아레이트 0.01~5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 균열억제형 기능성 결합재는 소포제, 감수제, 및 경화조절제 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물. - (a) 콘크리트 구조물 표면의 불순물 또는 열화부위를 치핑하여 제거한 후, 청소하는 단계;
(b) 상기 청소된 바탕면에 제1 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기에서 형성된 제1 프라이머층 상에 제1항의 균열억제형 기능성 보수재 조성물을 타설하는 단계;
(d) 상기 타설된 상기 조성물의 표면을 마감 시공하는 단계;
(e) 상기 마감 시공된 표면에 제2 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계;
(f) 상기 형성된 제2 프라이머층 상에 표면 보호·강화제를 도포하는 단계; 및
(g) 양생하는 단계;를 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물의 표면 유지 및 보호 방법.
