Claims (6)
- 하수슬러지 100 중량부, 고화제 10 내지 25 중량부 및 고화 보조제로서 낙엽 1 내지 15 중량부를 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합된 하수슬러지와 고화제 및 고화 보조제를 양생하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 고화 보조제는 연탄재, 폐콘크리트 파쇄분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 성분을 하수 슬러지 100 중량부에 대하여, 5 내지 40 중량부 더욱 포함하며, 상기 폐콘크리트 파쇄분은 SiO2 함량 25 중량% 이상, 분말도 2,300 cm2/g 이상, 수분 함량 2 중량% 이하이고, 폐콘크리트 파쇄분의 입자 크기는 10 ㎜ 이내이며,
상기 하수슬러지와 고화제 및 고화 보조제의 혼합 과정에서는, 하수슬러지에 함유된 수분과 고화제 및 고화보조제가 흡수 발열 반응하고, 양생 과정에서는 포졸란 반응이 일어나 하수슬러지가 고화되며,
상기 낙엽은 하수슬러지 고화물의 매립 작업 후, 하수슬러지 고화물의 분해를 촉진하여, 매립장을 안정화시키고, 메탄(CH4) 가스의 생성을 촉진하는 역할을 하는 것인, 하수슬러지의 고화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고화제는 시멘트, 바이오매스 연소재, 폐콘크리트 오니건조물, 하수슬러지소각재 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 하수슬러지의 고화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 낙엽은 가로와 세로가 각각 5 cm 이하의 크기로 분쇄되어 사용되는 것인, 하수슬러지의 고화 방법.
