Claims (13)
- 기판; 및
상기 기판 상에 배치되며 복수의 기공을 포함하는 반사 방지막을 포함하고,
상기 반사 방지막은
제 1 굴절율을 가지며 실리콘 옥사이드를 포함하는 제 1 무기 물질 및 상기 제 1 굴절율과 다른 제 2 굴절율을 가지며 티타늄 옥사이드를 포함하는 제 2 무기 물질의 혼합물을 포함하고,
상기 반사방지막은 0.1wt% 내지 0.3wt%의 알루미늄 옥사이드를 포함하는 광학부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 무기 물질은 광촉매 물질을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 무기 물질 및 상기 제 2 무기 물질의 비율은 25:1 내지 15:1 인 광학 부재. - 삭제
