도 2은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차압 센서의 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템의 단면도이다.
도 4는 종래기술에 의한 의한 차압 센서 및 이를 적용한 배기 시스템의 구성도이다.

Claims (10)
- 외부로부터 신기를 수용하여 터보 차져에 공급하는 흡기 파이프;
매연여과필터(DPF)를 통과한 배기 가스 중의 일부를 상기 신기와 혼합되도록 상기 터보 차져의 상류에 공급하는 배기 파이프; 및
상기 매연여과필터의 전단 및 후단의 압력차를 측정하는 차압 센서;
를 포함하되,
상기 차압 센서는 상기 매연여과필터의 후단에 배치된 상기 배기 파이프에 직접 장착되며,
상기 차압 센서는
상기 매연여과필터의 상류 측과 연결되는 제1압력 밸브; 및
상기 매연여과필터의 하류 측과 연결되는 제2압력 밸브;
를 포함하되,
상기 배기 파이프의 측부에는 밸브 수용부가 형성되고,
상기 제2압력 밸브가 상기 밸브 수용부의 내측에 삽입 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 수용부는 그 내측이 개구된 기둥 형상으로 수평 방향으로 연장되고,
상기 밸브 수용부의 내주면은 상기 제2압력 밸브의 외주면에 대응되는 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2압력 밸브는 상기 배기 파이프에 지면에 수평한 방향으로 장착되고, 상기 제1압력 밸브는 상기 차압 센서에서 연직방향 하측으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2압력 밸브에는 실링홀이 그 외주면을 따라 형성되고,
상기 실링홀에는 상기 제2압력 밸브와 상기 밸브 수용부 사이의 실링성을 높이도록 실링 부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재는 탄성 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 수용부의 일면에는 상기 배기 파이프 측으로 관통되도록 제1직경을 갖는 제1홀이 형성되고, 상기 밸브 수용부의 타면에는 상기 제2압력 밸브를 수용하도록 제2직경을 갖는 제2홀이 형성되며, 상기 배기 파이프와 상기 제1, 2홀은 서로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1홀의 제1직경은 상기 제2홀의 제2직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1, 2홀은 지면에 수평한 방향으로 연장 형성되며,
상기 제1홀의 바닥면은 상기 제2홀의 바닥면보다 상측으로 단차지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 차압 센서에는 상기 제2압력 밸브와 인접하도록 센서 소자가 구비되고, 상기 차압 센서가 상기 밸브 수용부에 삽입된 상태에서, 상기 센서 소자는 상기 제 2홀과 밸브 통로를 통해 서로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 통로의 최하측단은 응축수의 배출이 용이하도록 상기 제1홀의 최상측단보다 상측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차압 센서를 구비한 배기 시스템.
