Description
도 2은 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 MTT 분석을 통한, 난소암 세포주(OVCAR-3)의 세포 증식에 대한 DHA 처리 효과를 보여주는 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 SK-OV-3 세포주에 DHA 처리시 N-Sphingomyelinase activity의 발현 양상을 Sphingomyelinase kit를 이용해 조사한 결과이다.
도 4은 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 OVCAR-3 세포주에 DHA 처리시 N-Sphingomyelinase activity의 발현 양상을 Sphingomyelinase kit를 이용해 조사한 결과이다.

- 삭제
- 난소암 또는 경계성 난소 종양 세포를 배양하는 단계(1);
상기 세포에 약물을 처리하는 단계(2); 및
상기 약물이 처리된 세포 내의 중성 스핑고미엘리나아제(N-Sphingomyelinase, N-SMYase) 활성화 정도를 약물이 처리되지 않은 세포 내의 중성 스핑고미엘리나아제 활성화 정도와 비교하는 단계(3)를 포함하는, 난소암 또는 경계성 난소 종양의 치료제를 스크리닝하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 처리된 세포 내의 중성 스핑고미엘리나아제(N-Sphingomyelinase, N-SMYase) 활성화 정도가 약물이 처리되지 않은 세포 내의 중성 스핑고미엘리나아제 활성화 정도보다 증가하면, 상기 약물을 난소암 또는 경계성 난소 종양 체료제로 선택하는, 난소암 또는 경계성 난소 종양의 치료제를 스크리닝하는 방법.
