Claims (4)
- 폴리 카르복실산 나트륨염 20~50중량%, 소르비톨 5~15중량%, 에틸렌디아민 테트라초산 디나트륨 0.5~1중량%, 에틸렌디아민 테트라초산 테트라나트륨 0.1~0.5중량%, 소듐 벤조에이트 0.1~0.5중량% 및 총 함량이 100중량%가 되도록 정제수를 준비하는 준비단계;
상기 정제수 일부에 폴리 카르복실산 나트륨염, 소르비톨을 용해 및 혼합하는 1차 단계;
상기 1차 단계에서 형성된 혼합물에 에틸렌디아민 테트라초산 디나트륨, 에틸렌디아민 테트라초산 테트라나트륨 및 소듐벤조에이트를 첨가하고 나머지 정제수를 첨가하여 용해 및 혼합하는 2차 단계;
상기 2차 단계에서 형성된 혼합물에서 불순물을 제거하는 여과단계;
상기 여과된 혼합물을 숙성시키는 숙성단계를 포함하는 균염제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차 단계 및 2차 단계는 15~40℃에서 250~750rpm의 교반속도로 60~180분 동안 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균염제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 여과는 150~250Mesh의 망 또는 체에서 정밀 여과하고, 상기 숙성은 12~36시간 동안 숙성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균염제 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 균염제.
