Abstract
Description
도 2는 제코-1 외투 세포 림프종 세포주에서의 CDK4/6 및 mTOR 억제제 조합물의 이소볼로그램(isobologram) 분석이다. 화합물 A1 및 B1은 각각 CDK4/6 및 mTOR 억제제이다. 나타낸 그래프는 50% 성장 억제를 산출한 농도를 사용하여 작성되었다. 점선 1은 A1과 B1의 효과가 조합되었을 때, 단순 가성성의 경우에 예상되는 성장 억제를 나타낸다. 선 2는 관찰된 성장 억제로서, A1/B1 조합물이 강한 상승작용적 성장 억제를 초래한다는 것을 표시한다.
