Abstract
Description
도 1a는 기재에 접착된 것으로 나타낸, 이형 층과 접착 층을 포함하는 차폐 필름의 단면도이며, 여기에서 이형 층은 장사방형의 융기된 패턴을 갖는 3 차원 이형 표면을 포함한다.
도 1b는 기재에 접착된 것으로 나타낸, 이형 층과 접착 층을 포함하는 차폐 필름의 단면도이며, 여기에서 이형 층은 다면 필름을 포함한다.
도 2는 제1 이형 층, 코어 층, 및 제2 이형 층을 갖는 차폐 필름의 단면도이며, 여기에서 각각의 이형 층은 복수의 천공되지 않은 돌출부를 갖는 3 차원 이형 표면을 포함한다.
도 3은 2 개의 이형 표면을 갖는 하나의 단일 층 필름을 포함하는 차폐 필름의 단면도이다.
도 4는 접착 층, 및 공간 분리된 길이방향의 살을 포함하는 3 차원 이형 표면을 갖는, 이형 층을 포함하는 차폐 필름의 투시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 제1 표면 및 제1 표면의 반대편에 제2 표면을 갖는 이형 층을 포함하며,
상기 제1 표면은 제1 표면과 일체화된 복수의 공간 분리되어 있는 3차원 상승된 봉우리들을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 3차원 상승된 봉우리가 상기 제1 표면으로부터 측정할 때 50 초과 내지 1069 마이크로미터의 평균 높이를 갖는 것인,
필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 추가로
제2 표면의 부분과 접촉하는 접착 층, 및
제2 표면과 접착 층 사이의 복수의 공기 공간
을 포함하고,
상기 공기 공간은 상기 상승된 봉우리들의 아래면에 대응되는 것인, 필름. - 상승된 살 또는 와이어를 갖는 형성 드럼 위에서 용융된 중합체를 성형하는 단계, 및
중합체를 냉각시켜 상기 형성 드럼의 상승된 살 또는 와이어에 대응되는 복수의 공간 분리되어 있는 3차원 상승된 봉우리들을 포함하는 제1 표면을 갖는 필름을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 공간 분리되어 있는 3차원 상승된 봉우리들은 제1 표면과 일체화되어 형성되고, 상기 3차원 상승된 봉우리가 상기 제1 표면으로부터 측정할 때 50 초과 내지 1069 마이크로미터의 평균 높이를 갖는 것인,
필름의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 추가로 필름 위에 접착 층을 피복하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 추가로 필름 상에 접착 층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 이형 층과 접착 층을, 복수의 공간 분리된 채널 또는 홈을 갖는 형성 구조 위에 공압출하는 단계,
공압출물에 진공을 적용하여 이형 층을 형성하는 중합체를 상기 채널 또는 홈 안으로 당기는 단계, 및
상기 이형 층과 접착 층을 냉각하여 상기 형성 구조의 채널 또는 홈에 해당하는 복수의 공간 분리되어 있는 3차원 상승된 봉우리들을 포함하는 제1 표면을 갖는 필름을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 공간 분리되어 있는 3차원 상승된 봉우리들은 제1 표면과 일체화되어 형성되고, 상기 3차원 상승된 봉우리가 상기 제1 표면으로부터 측정할 때 50 초과 내지 1069 마이크로미터의 평균 높이를 갖는 것인,
