Description
상기 원통형 본체와 배관소켓 사이에 개재된 누수방지용 링(Packing ring);
상기 원통형 본체와 고무링 사이에 개재된 고무링커버용 링; 및
상기 고무링과 스토퍼 링 사이에 개재된 고무링압축용 링;
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 그루브 조인트 어댑터를 나타내 보인 정면도.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 그루브 조인트 어댑터를 분해하여 나타내 보인 사시도.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 그루브 조인트 어댑터를 이용한 이음 상태를 나타내 보인 단면도.
도 5 내지 6은 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 그루브 조인트 어댑터를 나타내 보인 평면도.

Claims (5)
- 이음용 파이프의 끝단이 삽입되는 삽입구가 일단에 형성되고, 타단의 외경에 그루브가 형성되며, 상기 삽입구와 연결되는 내측에 사선방향으로 안내부가 형성되고, 외부 양측에 제1 체결고정부가 형성되며, 내주면에 고정부가 돌출 형성된 원통형 본체;
상기 제1 체결고정부에 볼트 체결되는 제2 체결고정부가 외부 양측에 형성되며, 삽입구를 통해 원통형 본체에 삽입되는 돌출부가 일면에 형성된 배관소켓;
상기 원통형 본체와 배관소켓 사이에 개재된 누수방지용 링;
상기 원통형 본체의 삽입구 측에 배치되고, 제1,2 체결고정부의 볼트 체결시 돌출부를 통해 안내부를 따라 고정부 측으로 슬라이드 이동하며, 양단이 이격 형성된 가압용 링;
상기 안내부의 내측에 배치되고, 돌출부를 통한 가압용 링의 이동시 안내부를 따라 슬라이드 이동하며, 양단이 이격 형성되고, 내주면에 이음용 파이프의 외주면을 파지하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 쐐기형 톱니가 사선방향으로 돌출 형성된 스토퍼 링;
상기 원통형 본체의 내측에 배치되어 압축에 따른 팽창을 통해 이음용 파이프를 파지하며, 내주면에 요철부가 형성되고, 상기 이음용 파이프의 끝단과 밀착되는 스토퍼부가 내측으로 돌출 형성된 고무링;
상기 원통형 본체와 고무링 사이에 개재된 고무링커버용 링; 및
상기 고무링과 스토퍼 링 사이에 개재된 고무링압축용 링;
을 포함하는 그루브 조인트 어댑터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서.
상기 원통형 본체는 삽입구가 형성된 일단의 직경보다 외경에 그루브가 형성된 타단의 직경이 좁게 형성된 그루브 조인트 어댑터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쐐기형 톱니는 적어도 둘 이상으로 구성되고, 서로 반대방향을 향해 배치된 그루브 조인트 어댑터.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이음용 파이프는 직선형파이프, T자형 파이프 또는 엘보를 포함하는 곡관으로 구성된 그루브 조인트 어댑터.
