Abstract
고체 금속 산화물에 포함되는 대상 금속을 침출시키는 데 있어서, 대상 금속과는 별종의 금속 이온을 포함하는 용액 중에, 상기 대상 금속을 포함하는 고체 금속 산화물이 존재하는 상태로 하고, 그 용액 중에서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물과 상기 금속 이온을 접촉시킴으로써, 대상 금속을 용액 중에 녹여내는 금속 용해 공정을 포함하는 것으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 고체 금속 산화물에 포함되는 대상 금속을 침출시키는 데 있어서, 대상 금속과는 별종의 금속 이온을 포함하는 용액 중에, 상기 대상 금속을 포함하는 고체 금속 산화물이 존재하는 상태로 하고, 그 용액 중에서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물과 상기 금속 이온을 접촉시킴으로써, 대상 금속을 고체 금속 산화물로부터 용액 중에 이온 상태로 용출시키는 금속 용해 공정을 포함하고,
상기 금속 용해 공정에서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물에 접촉시키는 상기 금속 이온으로서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물 중의 상기 대상 금속에 있어서의 산화 환원 반응의 산화 환원 평형 전위에 비해, 산화 환원 반응의 산화 환원 전위가 낮은 금속 이온인 저전위 금속 이온을 사용하고, 상기 저전위 금속 이온이 다른 산화수를 취할 수 있는 금속 이온이며,
상기 금속 용해 공정에서, 상기 저전위 금속 이온이 작은 산화수 상태에서, 고체 금속 산화물과 접촉하여, 상기 저전위 금속 이온의 산화수가 커지는 동시에 대상 금속의 산화수가 작아지는 산화 환원 반응이 일어나고, 상기 저전위 금속 이온을 산화에 의해 산화물로 침전시키는, 금속 산화물의 침출 방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 용해 공정에서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물에 접촉시키는 상기 금속 이온을, 산화에 의해 산화물로서 침전시키는, 금속 산화물의 침출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 금속 산화물이, 대상 금속과, 상기 금속 용해 공정에서 고체 금속 산화물에 접촉시키는 상기 금속 이온과 동일 원소의 금속을 포함하는 것이며,
상기 금속 용해 공정에 앞서, 당해 고체 금속 산화물 중의, 상기 금속 이온과 동일 원소의 금속을, 무기산에 의해 용해하여, 상기 금속 이온을 포함하는 용액을 생성하는 용액 생성 공정을 포함하는, 금속 산화물의 침출 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용액 생성 공정에서 사용하는 상기 무기산이 황산인, 금속 산화물의 침출 방법.
