Abstract
Description
도 2는 KCl 나노입자에 노출 후, 비코팅된 촉매(비교용) 단면의 SEM 이미지를 나타낸다(도 2a). 단면을 따라 10개 지점을 EDX로 분석하였고 도 2b에 나타낸 칼륨 농도(wt%로)를 가져왔다(가로축은 칼륨의 중량백분율을 나타낸 반면, 세로축은 거리를 ㎛로 나타낸다).
도 3은 KCl 나노입자에 노출 후, 본 발명에 따라 코팅된 촉매 단면의 SEM 이미지를 나타낸다(도 3a). 단면을 따라 10개 지점을 EDX로 분석하였고 도 3b에 나타낸 칼륨 농도(wt%로)를 가져왔다(가로축은 칼륨의 중량백분율을 나타낸 반면, 세로축은 거리를 ㎛로 나타낸다).
Claims (17)
- 환원제로서 암모니아를 사용하는 알칼리 금속 함유 연도 가스에서 NOx의 선택적인 촉매 환원을 위한 촉매(1)로서,
촉매(1)는 촉매적 활성의 브뢴스테드산 또는 루이스산 부위를 갖는 표면(2)을 포함하고, 표면(2)은 MgO을 포함하는 코팅(3)으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면(2)는 코팅(3)으로 완전히 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코팅(3)은 1-100 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매는 (i) TiO2 상의 V2O5 및 MoO3 또는 (ii) TiO2 상의 V2O5 및 WO3 중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매는 금속으로 로딩된 구조형 BEA, MFI의 제올라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연도 가스는 바이오매스의 연소로부터 비롯되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 지지체를 제공하는 단계; 지지체를 바나듐 성분을 포함하는 제 1 수용액으로 함침시키는 단계; 함침시킨 지지체를 건조 및 하소시키는 단계; 함침시킨 지지체를 MgO을 포함하는 제 2 수성 현탁액으로 코팅하는 단계; 및 코팅된 지지체를 두 번째로 건조 및 하소시키는 단계;를 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 지지체를 제 2 수성 현탁액으로 코팅하는 단계는 공기-연무화 분무, 공기-보조 분무, 무공기 분무, HVLP(high volume low pressure) 분무, 및 공기-보조 무공기 분무로부터 선택된 분무 방법에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 지지체를 제 2 수성 현탁액으로 코팅하는 단계는 세척-코팅법에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 환원제로서 암모니아를 사용하는 NOx의 선택적인 촉매 환원 중 알칼리 피독에 대한 개선된 저항성을 부여하기 위해 코팅되지 않은 촉매를 처리 방법으로서, 촉매는 촉매적 활성 부위를 갖는 표면을 포함하고, 방법은 MgO을 포함하는 코팅으로 표면을 적어도 부분적으로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
