Claims (10)
- 동박과 상기 동박의 한쪽 면에 형성한 폴리이미드 수지층을 포함하며,
상기 폴리이미드 수지층이 블록 공중합 폴리이미드 수지, 말레이미드 화합물 및 무기 충진제를 포함하며,
상기 블록 공중합 폴리이미드 수지는 다음 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 제1의 이미드 올리고머의 말단에 다음 화학식 (2)로 표시되는 제2의 이미드 올리고머가 결합된 구조 A를 가지며,

상기 화학식 중의 m, n은 m : n = 1:9 ~ 3:1을 충족하는 정수임. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1의 이미드 올리고머의 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 ~ 30,000인 수지 복합 동박.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 수지층의 두께가 1㎛ ~ 10㎛인 수지 복합 동박.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 동박은 폴리이미드 수지층이 형성된 면의 표면 거칠기(Rz)가 4㎛ 이하인 수지 복합 동박.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 4 및 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 복합 동박과 B 스테이지 수지(B-stage Resin) 조성물 층을 적층 성형한 동장 적층판.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 4 및 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 복합 동박을 이용한 프린트 배선판.
- 청구항 6에 기재된 동장 적층판을 이용한 프린트 배선판.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 B 스테이지 수지 조성물층이 수지와 무기 충진제를 함유하고 상기 무기 충진제의 함유량이 수지와 무기 충진제의 총 100 부피%에 대해 5 부피% 이상 50 부피% 이하인 동장 적층판.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 B 스테이지 수지 조성물층이 수지와 무기 충진제를 함유하고 상기 무기 충진제의 함유량이 수지와 무기 충진제의 총 100 부피%에 대해 5 부피% 이상 50 부피% 이하인 프린트 배선판.
