Abstract
본 발명의 음향 장치는 전자기기의 통음 구멍이 형성된 케이스의 내측에 통음 구멍을 커버하도록 배치되는 음향 장치로서, 상기 통음 구멍의 내측에 배치되는 전기음향변환장치에 진출입되는 기체는 투과하고, 물의 유입은 차단하는 방수 통기성 멤브레인; 및 상기 멤브레인의 가장자리를 상기 케이스의 통음 구멍 주변에 부착하도록 일측면이 상기 멤브레인에 접착되고, 타측면이 상기 케이스에 접착되는 제1 접착 폼 테이프;를 포함하며, 상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 상기 멤브레인 및 케이스와 접착되는 일측 및 타측의 접착면에 형성된 다수의 기공에 접착물질이 충진되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (15)
- 전자기기의 통음 구멍이 형성된 케이스의 내측에 통음 구멍을 커버하도록 배치되는 음향 장치로서,
상기 통음 구멍의 내측에 배치되는 전기음향변환장치에 진출입되는 기체는 투과하고, 물의 유입은 차단하는 방수 통기성 멤브레인; 및
상기 멤브레인의 가장자리를 상기 케이스의 통음 구멍 주변에 부착하도록 일측면이 상기 멤브레인에 접착되고, 타측면이 상기 케이스에 접착되는 수지로 이루어지는 제1 접착 폼 테이프;를 포함하며,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 상기 멤브레인 및 케이스와 접착되는 일측 및 타측의 접착면에 다수의 기공을 포함하고, 접착물질이 접착 폼 테이프의 접착면에 구속되어 외부로 누출되지 않도록 접착물질이 상기 다수의 기공에 충진되어 있는 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인을 상기 전기음향변환장치에 부착시키기 위한 접착 수단을 더 포함하며,
상기 접착 수단은 제2 접착 폼 테이프 또는 양면 테이프인 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 몸체가 다수의 기공을 갖고 외부에서 가압이 이루어질 때 압축된 후 복원이 가능한 다공성 탄성 구조를 가지며,
상기 기공에 충진된 접착물질은 외부 가압에 따라 기공의 형태가 부분적으로 변형되면서 접착물질을 수용하는 음향 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 압축률이 20 내지 70%인 음향 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 압축률이 20 내지 40%인 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인은 고분자 물질과 용매가 혼합된 방사용액이 전기 방사되어 얻어진 섬유가 축적되어 형성된 섬유 웹인 음향 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인은 다수의 기공을 가지는 음향 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인의 기공도는 20 내지 90%인 음향 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인의 기공도는 20 내지 50%인 음향 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인은 무기공 필름인 음향 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 섬유의 직경은 0.1 ~ 2um이고, 멤브레인의 두께는 4 내지 12㎛ 범위인 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프의 두께는 50 내지 250㎛인 음향 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 기공은 상호 연결이 이루어지지 않은 구조를 가지는 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 접착 폼 테이프는 아크릴 폼, 우레탄 폼, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 폼 중 하나인 음향 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인과 전기음향변환장치는 상호 접착되지 않은 상태를 이루며,
상기 전기음향변환장치의 전면에는 쿠션 부재가 부착되는 음향 장치.
