Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 백커버에 일체형으로 표면실장되는 LED PCB를 통해 PSA를 제거하여 슬림한 구조를 구현하며, 백커버의 표면을 쐬기형태 등의 경사영역을 구비하도록 구현하여 동일한 광원에서 높은 휘도 및 광균일도를 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (10)
- 백커버(Back cover);
상기 백커버에 배치되는 다수의 LED 인쇄회로기판;
상기 다수의 LED 인쇄회로기판에 각각 배치되는 다수의 LED 광원; 및
상기 백커버 상에 배치되고, 상기 다수의 LED 광원의 주위를 둘러싸는 구조인 레진층;을 포함하고,
상기 백커버는 표면과 상기 다수의 LED 광원이 경사각(θ)를 갖는 다수의 경사영역을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다수의 경사영역은,
서로 이웃하는 상기 다수의 LED 광원 사이의 백커버 표면이 쐐기형상인 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,
상기 다수의 LED 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 백커버에 표면실장기술(SMT)로 배치되고,
상기 다수의 LED 광원은, 측면형 발광다이오드(side view)인 백라이트유닛.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 백라이트 유닛은,
상기 백커버의 경사영역에 적층되는 반사패턴이 배치된 반사필름을 더 포함하고,
상기 반사 패턴은 상기 다수의 LED 광원 각각의 출사방향에서 멀어질수록 패턴 밀도가 높아지는 백라이트유닛.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 반사패턴은, TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Al2O3, Silicon, PS 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 반사잉크로 배치되는 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 백라이트유닛은,
상기 레진층의 상면에 배치되며, 출사되는 빛을 차광 또는 반사하는 광학패턴이 배치된 확산판을 더 포함하고,
상기 광학패턴은 상기 다수의 LED 광원 각각의 출사방향에서 멀어질수록 패턴 밀도가 낮아지는 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴은,
TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Al2O3, Silicon, PS 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 차광잉크로 배치되는 확산패턴과,
Al 또는 Al과 TiO2의 혼합물질을 포함하는 차광잉크를 이용한 차광패턴의 중첩구조로 이루어지는 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 레진층은 빛의 반사를 증가시키는 비드(bead)를 전체 레진층 대비 0.01~0.3%를 더 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 백라이트 유닛은,
상기 확산판의 상부에 적층되는 프리즘시트 또는 보호시트를 더 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 상기 광원 및 인쇄회로기판을 수용하는 백커버를 구비하는 청구항 1 내지 9중 어느 한 항의 백라이트 유닛을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
