Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 상부발광형 LED(Top view LED)를 직하형으로 실장하여 LED의 개수를 감소시키며 광학특성을 확보할 수 있으며, 로컬디밍(local dimming)이 가능하며 도광판을 사용하지 않고 레진층을 이용함으로써, 조명장치의 두께를 혁신적으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 조명장치의 요부를 도시한 단면 개념도이며, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 광학패턴층의 구조를 도시한 평면도이다.

Claims (16)
- 베이스기판 상의 다수의 상부발광형(Top View Type) LED 광원;
상기 LED 광원을 매립하며 상기 베이스기판 상에 적층되는 광가이드층;
상기 광가이드층 상의 백색 기재의 광학패턴층; 및
상기 광학패턴층에 패터닝된 다수의 관통홀;
을 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 LED 광원은 다수의 LED가 실장되는 바 타입(bar type) 인쇄회로기판을 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판은 적어도 2 이상이 상기 베이스기판 상에 적층되거나, 상기 베이스기판에 매립되는 조명장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광가이드층 상부에 배치되며 광을 차광하는 광학패턴을 구비하는 광학패턴층을 더 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층을 구성하는 상기 백색 기재는 백색 PET인 조명장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층은,
고분자필름에 TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Al2O3, Silicon, PS 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질이 함유된 재료를 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 광가이드층은,
올리고머를 포함하는 자외선경화수지인 조명장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 올리고머는, 우레탄 아크릴레이트(Urethane Acrylate), 에폭시 아크릴레이트(Epoxy Acrylate), 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트(Polyester Acrylate), 아크릴 아크릴레이트(Acrylic Acrylate) 중 선택되는 어느 하나인 조명장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 광가이드층은 비드를 포함하며, 상기 비드는 실리콘(sillicon), 실리카(silla), 글라스버블(galss bubble), PMMA, 우레탄(urethane), Zn, Zr, Al2O3, 아크릴(acryl) 중 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 베이스기판 상의 제1반사필름을 더 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 제1반사필름은 Ag필름, 또는 백색 PET 필름인 조명장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 베이스기판과 상기 광가이드층 사이의 반사유닛을 더 포함하며,
상기 반사유닛은,
상기 베이스기판 표면에 밀착하는 제1반사필름과,
상기 제1반사필름과 접착패턴물질에 의해 이격되어 이격영역(A1)을 형성하는 투명재질의 제2반사필름을 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 제2반사필름과 상기 광가이드층 사이의 반사패턴을 더 포함하는 조명장치.
- 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 반사패턴은,
TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Al2O3, Silicon, PS 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 반사잉크로 인쇄된 것인 조명장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광학패턴층 상의 확산판; 및
상기 광학패턴층과 상기 확산판의 사이의 제2이격영역을 더 포함하는 조명장치.
- 베이스기판 상의 다수의 상부발광형(Top View Type) LED 광원;
상기 LED 광원을 매립하며 상기 베이스기판 상에 적층되는 광가이드층;
상기 광가이드층 상의 백색 기재의 광학패턴층; 및
상기 광학패턴층에 패터닝된 다수의 관통홀;
을 구비하는 청구항 1 내지 청구항 14 중 어느 한 항의 조명장치를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
