Abstract
Description
도 2의 좌측은 NaOH/Zeolite 비율이 0.2에서 합성된 제올라이트 Y의 질소흡탈착장치를 통하여 측정한 흡착등온선이고, 도 2의 우측은 제올라이트 Y의 세공분포도를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 기공형성물질(CTAB) 농도에 따른 합성된 제올라이트 Y의 XRD 회절 패턴을 나타낸 도면이다.
첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술사상에 대한 이해를 위하여 참조로서 예시된 것임을 밝히며, 그것에 의해 본 발명의 권리범위가 제한되지는 아니한다.
Claims (4)
- 훠자사이트(faujasite, 이하 FAU로 약함) 제올라이트의 제조방법으로서,
(1) 수산화 나트륨과 제올라이트 Y를 0.02~0.23: 1의 중량비를 가지고 서로 혼합하여 전구체용액을 제조하고, 이와 별도로 기공형성물질을 40 내지 60°C에서 30분동안 증류수에 녹이는 단계;
(2) 분별깔때기를 이용하여 상기 전구체용액을 상기 기공형성물질 용액으로 한방울씩 첨가하는 단계;
(3) 상기 (2) 단계를 거치며 혼합된 상기 전구체용액과 상기 기공형성물질을 40°C에서 300 rpm 속도로 교반시켜 반응용액을 제조하는 단계;
(4) 상기 반응용액을 100°C에서 36시간 수열 합성 하여 다공성재료를 제조하는 단계;
(5) 상기 다공성재료를 80°C이상의 증류수와 에탄올로 세척하고 여과한 다음 105°C에서 24시간동안 건조하는 단계;
(6) 상기 (5) 단계를 거친 상기 다공성재료를 550°C에서 2시간동안 소성하여 상기 기공형성물질을 제거하는 단계;
(7) 상기 (6) 단계를 거친 상기 다공성재료에 염화암모늄 수용액을 혼합하여 이온 교환함으로써 NH4+-foam 제올라이트 Y를 제조하되 이때 공정은 90°C에서 90분 동안 이루어지는 단계;
(8) 상기 NH4+-foam 제올라이트 Y를 550°C에서 2시간동안 소성하여 H-foam 제올라이트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 기공형성물질은 CTAB인 것을 특징으로 하는,
메조기공 및 미세기공을 갖는 FAU 제올라이트 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계에서의 수산화 나트륨은 0.02~0.2M이 사용되고, 상기 기공형성물질은 0.06~0.18M이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
메조기공 및 미세기공을 갖는 FAU 제올라이트 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 Y와 상기 기공형성물질의 중량비는 1:2.2인 것을 특징으로 하는,
메조기공 및 미세기공을 갖는 FAU 제올라이트 제조방법. - 삭제
