Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 서지 방지 방법은 엔진 작동 모드가 매연 필터의 재생 모드 또는 촉매의 탈황 모드인지를 판단하는 단계; 엔진 작동 모드가 매연 필터의 재생 모드 또는 촉매의 탈황 모드이면, 토크 변화량을 계산하는 단계; 토크 변화량이 설정값 미만인지를 판단하는 단계; 토크 변화량이 설정값 미만이면, 흡기 압력이 배기 압력보다 설정 압력만큼 높은지를 판단하는 단계; 그리고 흡기 압력이 배기 압력보다 설정 압력만큼 높으면, EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브를 여는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 엔진 작동 모드가 매연 필터의 재생 모드 또는 촉매의 탈황 모드인지를 판단하는 단계;
엔진 작동 모드가 매연 필터의 재생 모드 또는 촉매의 탈황 모드이면, 토크 변화량을 계산하는 단계;
토크 변화량이 설정값 미만인지를 판단하는 단계;
토크 변화량이 설정값 미만이면, 흡기 압력이 배기 압력보다 설정 압력만큼 높은지를 판단하는 단계; 그리고
흡기 압력이 배기 압력보다 설정 압력만큼 높으면, EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브를 여는 단계;
를 포함하는 차량의 서지 방지 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토크 변화량은 가속 페달의 변위 변화로부터 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브는 각각 설정 시간 동안 설정값만큼 여는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브는 동시에 열리거나 닫히는 것을 특징을 하는 차량의 서지 방지 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀 밸브가 열린 후 상기 EGR 밸브가 열리고, 상기 스로틀 밸브와 상기 EGR 밸브는 동시에 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 방법. - 공기를 공급 받는 흡기 매니폴드와 배기 가스를 배출하는 배기 매니폴드를 포함하는 엔진;
상기 흡기 매니폴드에 공급되는 공기의 양을 조절하도록 된 스로틀 밸브;
상기 배기 가스 중 일부를 흡기 매니폴드로 재순환시키며, 상기 재순환되는 배기 가스의 양을 조절하는 EGR 밸브; 그리고
상기 스로틀 밸브와 EGR 밸브의 개도를 조절하는 제어기;
를 포함하며,
상기 제어기는 엔진 작동 모드가 매연 필터의 재생 모드 또는 촉매의 탈황 모드이고, 토크 변화량이 설정값 미만이며, 흡기 압력이 배기 압력보다 설정 압력만큼 높으면, EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브를 열도록 되어 있는 차량의 서지 방지 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 가속 페달의 변위 변화로부터 상기 토크 변화량을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브를 각각 설정 시간 동안 설정값만큼 여는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 EGR 밸브와 스로틀 밸브를 동시에 열거나 닫는 것을 특징을 하는 차량의 서지 방지 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제어기는 스로틀 밸브를 연 후 상기 EGR 밸브를 열고, 상기 스로틀 밸브와 상기 EGR 밸브를 동시에 닫는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 서지 방지 시스템.
