Claims (11)
- 전력용 케이블에 있어서,
하나 이상의 도체;
상기 도체를 감싸며 폴리올레핀으로 형성되는 절연체;
상기 절연체를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 개재물;
상기 개재물을 감싸도록 형성되는 바인더 테이프 및
상기 바인더 테이프를 감싸며 폴리올레핀으로 형성되는 시스를 포함하되,
상기 개재물 및 바인더 테이프는,
석분 덩어리 및 폴리아미드를 혼합한 후 고온 압출하여 형성된 필름인 나일론사로 형성되며,
상기 절연체의 폴리올레핀은,
폴리에틸렌 공중합체 35 내지 45 중량%, 수산화마그네슘 50 내지 60 중량%, 트리메톡시비닐실란 1 내지 3중량% 및 산화방지제 2 내지 4중량%를 포함하고,
상기 시스의 폴리올레핀은,
에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체 20 내지 30중량%, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 5 내지 15중량%, 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 20 중량%, 수산화마그네슘 40 내지 50중량% 및 카본블랙 1 내지 3중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력용 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나일론사는,
상기 석분 덩어리 10 내지 90 중량% 및 폴리아미드 10 내지 90 중량%가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력용 케이블.

입자 크기가 2000 내지 5000mesh인 석분에 수지가 혼합되어 2 내지 5mm의 크기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전력용 케이블.
