Claims (18)
- 저온 가용성 다당류와 폴리올의 분말을 포함하는 정제로서, 상기 다당류와 폴리올은 그 사이에 물리적 결합이 있고, 상기 다당류는 미립자의 형태이며, 상기 폴리올은 주로 결정질의 형태인 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 폴리올/다당류 건조/건조 중량 비율이 95/5 내지 30/70인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 폴리올이 만니톨, 솔비톨, 이소말트 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 다당류가 호화 전분, 화학 변형 셀룰로스 유도체, 헤미셀룰로스, 식물로부터 유래하는 다당류, 조류 또는 미생물로부터 유래하는 다당류, 이러한 다당류의 유도체 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 다당류가 하이드록시에틸셀룰로스(HEC), 하이드록시프로필셀룰로스(HPC) 또는 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스(HPMC), 천연 또는 화학 변형 호화 전분, 아가-아가, 캐러기난, 알기네이트 및 이의 염, 잔탄 검, 풀루란, 이러한 다당류의 유도체, 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 입도 D4,3이 50㎛ 내지 500㎛인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의, 테스트 A에 따라서 평가되는 수중 점도가 100mPa.s-1 내지 10000Pa.s-1인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의, 테스트 B에 따라서 측정되는 흐름 시간(flow time)이 3초 내지 15초인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말의, 테스트 C에 따라서 측정되는 압축률이 5% 내지 45%인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말이, 테스트 D에 따라서 경도가 100 ± 10N인 정제가 압축력 5kN 내지 50kN에서 만들어질 수 있도록 해주는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분말이,
- 폴리올 시럽을 미립자 형태의 저온 가용성 다당류 상에 분무하는 과정과 동시에,
- 상기 폴리올 시럽을 건조하는 과정
을 포함하는 텍스쳐화 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 것인 정제. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방법의 텍스쳐화 단계가 또한 분말 분획을 재순환하는 과정을 포함하는 것인 정제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방법의 텍스쳐화 단계가 분무 건조 탑 내에서 수행되는 것인 정제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 방법의 텍스쳐화 단계가 유동화 공기 층 조립기 내에서 수행되는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나의 유효 성분을 추가로 포함하는 정제.
- 제15항에 있어서, 1시간 경과 후 테스트 E에 따라서 중량을 기준으로 80% 미만의 유효 성분이 방출되는 것인 정제.
- 제15항에 있어서, 6시간 경과 후 테스트 E에 따라서 중량을 기준으로 80% 미만의 유효 성분이 방출되는 것인 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 식품, 약품, 기능식품, 수의학, 식물 위생, 화장품, 살균제 또는 세제 분야에서 사용하기 위한 정제.
