Abstract
본 발명의 탄소나노튜브 제조 방법은 용매에 탄소나노튜브를 혼합하여 분산 처리하는 단계; 탄소나노튜브 분산 용액에 고분자를 추가적으로 혼합하여 방사 용액을 제조하는 단계; 탄소나노튜브/고분자 용액을 응고액에 방사하는 단계; 및 제조된 탄소나노튜브/고분자 복합체 섬유를 용매 또는 열처리 분위기에서 고분자를 순차적으로 제거시키는 단계를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따라 제조된 탄소나노튜브 섬유는 종래의 습식 방사법에 의해 제조된 탄소나노튜브 복합체 섬유보다 탄소나노튜브의 함량을 크게 증가시킬 수 있고, 궁극적으로 순수 탄소나노튜브로만 이루어진 탄소나노튜브 섬유를 제조할 수 있으며, 전기적, 기계적 특성이 우수하고 대량 생산이 가능하여 상업적 측면에서도 매우 유리하게 적용될 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조시 롤러에 다중벽 탄소나노튜브-폴리에테르에스테르 복합체 섬유가 권취되어 있는 모습을 나타내는 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조시 다중벽 탄소나노튜브-폴리에테르에스테르 복합체 섬유를 열처리하기 전과 후의 주사전자현미경 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조시 제조된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브-폴리에테르에스테르 복합체 섬유의 용매 처리하는 시간에 따른 다중벽 탄소나노튜브-폴리에테르에스테르 복합체 섬유의 직경 및 표면 형태의 변화를 나타내는 주사전자현미경 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조시 다중벽 탄소나노튜브-폴리에테르에스테르 복합체 섬유의 용매 처리 시간에 따른 섬유의 전기전도도 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

- 탄소나노튜브를 용매에 넣은 후, 기계적 교반과 함께 초음파 처리하여 탄소나노튜브 분산액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 탄소나노튜브 분산액에, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리에스터계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 이온성 폴리에스터 및 수용성 폴리머로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 고분자를 혼합한 후 기계적 교반하여 탄소나노튜브/고분자 분산액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 탄소나노튜브/고분자 분산액을 응고액에 방사하여 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체 섬유를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체 섬유를, (ⅰ) 비활성 기체 분위기하에서 300 내지 800 ℃의 열처리하거나, 또는 (ⅱ) 물, 유기 용매, 산성 용액 및 알칼리성 용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질에 침지시켜 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체 섬유에서 고분자를 순차적으로 제거함으로써, 탄소나노튜브의 함량이 20~100 중량%인 탄소나노튜브 섬유를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브는 히드록실기, 카르복실기, 지방족 탄화수소기 및 방향족 탄화수소기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것이 표면에 결합된 또는 비결합된 탄소나노튜브인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브의 함량은 용매 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 중량%인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브의 함량은 고분자 전체 중량을 기준으로 5 ~ 80 중량%인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브/고분자 분산액의 고형분 함량은 용매 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 30.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 탄소나노튜브 분산액 형성 단계 및 탄소나노튜브/고분자 분산액 형성 단계의 기계적 교반시, 교반 속도는 50 ~ 30,000 rpm 범위인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브/고분자 분산액의 방사는 20 ~ 200 ℃의 온도 및 1 ~ 50 psi의 압력하에서 수행되는 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 응고액은 탄소나노튜브와 고분자를 고화시키면서 용매를 확산시킬 수 있는 비용매인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 응고액의 온도는 - 5 ~ 30 ℃ 범위인 것이 특징인 탄소나노튜브 섬유의 제조방법. - 제7항 내지 제11항, 및 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되고, 탄소나노튜브를 포함하거나, 또는 탄소나노튜브 및 고분자를 포함하되, 탄소나노튜브의 함량이 20~100 중량%인 탄소나노튜브 섬유.
