Claims (5)
- 경사로에서의 차량의 정차 시에 변속 레버의 N단(중립 기어단) 조작 여부를 검출하는 단계;
정지된 상기 차량의 후방 밀림 시의 차속 및 경사로에서의 경사각을 검출하여, 차체의 경사로 밀림으로 인해 차체에 가해지는 부하를 산출하는 단계;
엔진 토크가 상기 부하보다 커지도록 엔진의 회전수(RPM)를 증가시키기 위한 엔진을 가속하는 1차 가속 단계;
운전자의 변속레버의 D단(전진 주행 기어단) 조작에 따라, 차량 출발을 위해 엔진을 가속하는 2차 가속 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 급경사로에서 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지를 위한 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 1차 가속 단계는,
상기 검출된 차속이 제1 소정값 이상인지 여부를 판정하는 단계;
측정된 차속이 제1 소정값 이상인 경우에는 브레이크를 작동하는 단계;
브레이크 작동에 따라, 차속이 제1 소정값 미만으로 저하된 경우에, 저하된 차속에 따라 변경된 부하를 산출하고, 엔진 토크가 상기 변경된 부하에 맞춰 엔진의 회전수(RPM)를 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 급경사로에서 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지를 위한 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 1차 가속 단계는,
운전자에 의해 차량의 브레이크가 온(On) 된 상태인지 여부를 검출하는 단계;
차량의 브레이크가 온 상태일 때에는, 상기 엔진의 회전수(RPM)의 증가시키기 위한 가속 제어를 중단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 급경사로에서 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지를 위한 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 차량의 브레이크가 온 상태일 때에, 검출된 차속이 0이 아닌 경우에는 검출된 차속 및 경사로의 경사각에 따라 차체에 가해지는 부하를 산출하여, 엔진 토크가 상기 부하보다 커지도록 엔진의 회전수(RPM)를 증가시키기 위한 엔진 가속 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 급경사로에서 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지를 위한 엔진 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 2차 가속 단계에 있어서,
운전자의 변속레버의 D단(전진 주행 기어단) 조작이 이루어진 이후 1 작업 사이클(working cycle) 동안의 차체 가속도 변화를 검출하는 단계;
1 작업 사이클 동안 차체 가속도가 0보다 크고 변속기의 D단 체결이 그대로 유지되는 경우, 해당 차량이 경사로에서 D단으로 정상 출발되었다고 판단하여, 상승된 엔진 회전수를 아이들 회전수로 원상 복귀시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 급경사로에서 차량의 시동꺼짐 방지를 위한 엔진 제어 방법.
