Claims (6)
- 콘크리트 구조물의 바닥면의 마감을 위한 바닥 마감재 조성물로서,
기능성 무기 결합재 및 기능성 혼화제를 중량비로 1:0.5로 혼합한 것이며,
상기 기능성 무기 결합재는 분말도가 4,000~7,500㎠/g 범위인 미립 시멘트 30~90중량%, 석고 5~60 중량%, 보크사이트 1~30중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 1~30 중량%, 고로슬래그 미분말 1~30중량%, 실리카질 규사 1~30 중량%, 규산 알루미늄 0.01~15중량%, 산성백토 0.01~15중량%, 지연제 0.01~5중량%, 및 감수제 0.01~5중량%를 포함하고,
상기 기능성 혼화제는 상호 망목형(self-cross linked) 아크릴 60~99중량%, 에틸렌 에틸아크릴레이트 0.1~15중량%, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 0.1~15중량%, 에틸렌 메타크릴 메틸 에시드 0.1~10중량%, 폴리 n-부틸메타크릴레이트 0.1~10중량%, 카복시메틸스타치나트륨 0.01~10중량%, 소포제 0.01~5중량%, 유동화제 0.01~5중량%, 및 평활제 0.01~5중량%를 포함하는
것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 마감재 조성물.

- 콘크리트 구조물의 바닥면의 마감을 위하여 제 1항에 기재된 바닥 마감재 조성물을 이용하는 바닥 시공방법으로서,
콘크리트 바닥면 정리 단계와,
정리된 콘크리트 바닥면에 부착력 및 표층강화를 위하여 프라이머 처리하는 단계와,
프라이머 처리된 상부에 상기 바닥 마감재 조성물을 1~2회 도포하는 단계와,
상기 바닥 마감재 조성물이 도포된 상부에 기능성을 개선하기 위하여 상기 바닥 마감재 조성물에 포함된 기능성 혼화제, 기능성 혼화제 활용 변성 코팅재, 무기 코팅제 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 코팅하는 단계를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 시공방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머는 에틸렌 메타크릴 메틸 에시드, 폴리 아크릴 에스테르, 아크릴, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate; EVA) 및 상기 기능성 혼화제 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 시공방법.
