Claims (5)
- A. 손상된 콘크리트 구조물의 시공 대상면을 치핑하여 손상되지 않은 부분이 나올 때까지 단면을 다듬는 단계;
B. 상기 다듬어진 시공 대상면에 알칼리 회복제를 도포하는 단계로서,
상기 알칼리 회복제는 규산칼륨 10~50 중량%, 수성 아크릴계 에멀젼 10~40 중량%, 칼륨메틸실리코네이트 0.1~5 중량%, 바인더 수지 0.1~5 중량% 및 디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드 0.1~10 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 혼합한 것을 사용하여 콘크리트의 표면에 도포하는 단계;
C. 상기 알칼리 회복제가 도포된 표면에 콘크리트 구조물 단면 보수 보강용 모르타르를 도포하는 단계로서,
상기 콘크리트 구조물 단면 보수 보강용 모르타르는
(1) 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여, 클링커 0.5 내지 10 중량부, 플라스터 0.5 내지 10 중량부, 폐유리분말 1~10 중량부, 인산 무수석고 0.5 내지 10 중량부, 실리카퓸 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 플라이애쉬 0.01 내지 5 중량부, 석회석 0.5 내지 10 중량부, 고로슬래그 1 내지 20 중량부, 하소포졸라나 0.01 내지 10 중량부 및 마이크로실리카 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 제1분말 성분 10~70 중량%; 및 규산질계 방수제 2 ~ 7 중량부, CSA계 팽창재 5 ~ 10 중량부, 점도증강제 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량부, 유동화제 0.3 ~ 1.1 중량부, 경화촉진제 0.5 ~ 1.0 중량부, 지연제 0.1 ~ 0.4 중량부 및 규사 42 ~ 64 중량부를 포함하는 제2분말 성분 30~90 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 성분 100 중량부,
(2) EVA(Ethylene-vinyl acetate) 수지, NR(Natural rubber) 수지, NBR(Natural rubber-Butadiene rubber) 수지 및 SBR(Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 고무 수지에 카본블랙 및 섬유를 혼합하여 얻어진 개질 라텍스 성분 1~20 중량부,
(3) 메틸메타아크릴레이트 1 내지 7 중량부, 스티렌모노머 5 내지 20 중량부, 노말부틸아크릴레이트 1 내지 10 중량부, 메틸아크릴레이트 0.1 내지 10 중량부, 이소보닐아크릴레이트 0.1 내지 10 중량부, 개시제 0.05 내지 5 중량부 및 유화제 0.05 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 액상 성분 1~20 중량부,
(4) 친수성 폴리비닐알코올 단섬유 성분 1~10 중량부 및
(5) 방부제, 소포제, 습윤제의 혼합물로 이루어진 첨가제 성분 1~5 중량부를 혼합하여 제조되는 속경성 결합제 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로 충전재 100~200 중량부 및 골재 100~250 중량부를 물과 혼합하여 얻어지는 콘크리트 구조물 단면 보수보강용 모르타르 조성물을 도포하는 단계;
D. 상기 도포된 콘크리트 구조물 단면 보수 보강용 모르타르가 양생된 후에 그 표면에 프라이머제를 도포하는 단계; 및
E. 상기 도포된 프라이머제가 건조된 후에 그 표면에 중성화 및 염해 방지 표면 보호제를 도포하는 단계로서,
상기 중성화 및 염화 방지 표면 보호제는
a)다가 알코올과 다염기산을 축합반응하되 가드너 버블점도 N ~ 0 , 산가 5 ~ 20 ㎜KOH/g에서 반응 종결 후 냉각하여 중간체를 제조하고,
b)상기 제조되는 중간체와 폴리아민을 반응시켜 아민 변성 불포화폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하며,
c)상기 제조되는 아민 변성 불포화폴리에스테르수지를 디펜타에리트리톨폴리아크릴레이트 및 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트와 중합하여 변성 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하고,
d)상기 제조되는 변성 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지와 가교성 모노머 및 첨가제를 60~70:1~20:15~25의 중량비로 혼합하여 얻어지는 도료 조성물을 이용하여 도포하는 단계;
를 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 B단계에서 사용되는 규산칼륨은 SiO2 와 K2O의 몰비가 1:2.8~3.4이고 고형분 함량이 30~40 중량%이며, pH 10~12인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 C단계의 (1)에 따른 하소포졸라나는 천연 포졸라나 100 중량부에 칼슘 1~20 중량부를 혼합한 혼합물을 1000~1200℃에서 0.5~1 시간 동안 소성한 후 평균입도가 10~20 μm가 되도록 분쇄한 것을 사용하는 것을 하는 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 C단계에서 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강용 모르타르 조성물을 도포시 스프레이 또는 흙손을 이용하여 1차 타설시 5~15 mm, 2차 및 3차 타설시 20~50 mm 및 최종 타설시 5~15 mm 두께로 시공 및 미장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 E단계의 d)에서 사용되는 가교성 모노머는 스틸렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴이미드, 디아세톤아크릴이미드, 메틸아크릴레이트, 부틸메타아크릴레이트, 라우릴메타아크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레트, 에틸메타아크릴레이트, 글리시딜메타아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트 및 하이드록시프로필아크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 그 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법.
