Abstract
메타크릴산메틸 단위를 80 질량% 이상 갖는 메타크릴 수지 (A) 10 ∼ 99 질량부, 및 메타크릴산메틸 중합체 블록 (b1) 10 ∼ 60 질량% 와 아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b2) 90 ∼ 40 질량% 를 갖고, 굴절률이 1.485 ∼ 1.495 인 블록 공중합체 (B) 90 ∼ 1 질량부를 함유하는 (단, (A) 와 (B) 의 합계가 100 질량부) 메타크릴 수지 조성물을 제조한다.

Claims (10)
- 메타크릴산메틸 단위를 80 질량% 이상 갖는 메타크릴 수지 (A) 10 ∼ 99 질량부, 및 메타크릴산메틸 중합체 블록 (b1) 10 ∼ 60 질량% 와 아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b2) 90 ∼ 40 질량% 를 갖고, 굴절률이 1.485 ∼ 1.495 인 블록 공중합체 (B) 90 ∼ 1 질량부를 함유하는 (단, (A) 와 (B) 의 합계가 100 질량부) 메타크릴 수지 조성물이고 아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b2) 가, 아크릴산알킬에스테르 50 ∼ 90 질량% 와 (메트)아크릴산 방향족 에스테르 50 ∼ 10 질량% 의 공중합체 블록인 메타크릴 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
(메트)아크릴산 방향족 에스테르가 아크릴산벤질인 메타크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메타크릴 수지 조성물로부터 얻어지는 두께 3 ㎜ 의 성형체의 헤이즈값이 2 % 이하인 메타크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b2) 가 메타크릴 수지 조성물 전체에 대해 5 ∼ 20 질량% 이고, MFR 이 20 g/10 분 이상인 메타크릴 수지 조성물. - 메타크릴산메틸 중합체 블록 (a) 10 ∼ 60 질량% 와, 아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b) 90 ∼ 40 질량% 를 갖고, 굴절률이 1.485 ∼ 1.495 인 블록 공중합체 (B) 로 이루어지는 수지 개질제이고, 아크릴산에스테르 중합체 블록 (b) 가, 아크릴산알킬에스테르 50 ∼ 90 질량% 와 (메트)아크릴산 방향족 에스테르 50 ∼ 10 질량% 로 이루어지는 수지 개질제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
(메트)아크릴산 방향족 에스테르가 아크릴산벤질인 수지 개질제. - 제 1 항에 기재된 메타크릴 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
