Claims (4)
- 솔잎을 세척하는 단계와,
상기 세척된 솔잎에 물을 1:3~20 중량비로 투입하고 100~200℃의 온도 및 2~16kgf/㎠의 압력에서 유용성분을 추출하는 단계와,
상기 추출된 추출물을 여과하는 단계와,
상기 여과된 여과물 100중량부에 소금 20~30중량부를 용해하는 단계와,
상기 소금이 용해된 여과물을 재여과하는 단계와,
상기 재여과된 여과물을 100~200℃가 되도록 가열하여 수분을 1차 제거하는 단계와,
상기 수분이 1차 제거된 솔잎 소금에 40~60℃의 간접열을 가하여 수분을 2차 제거하는 단계와,
상기 수분이 2차 제거된 솔잎 소금을 냉각하는 단계와,
상기 냉각된 솔잎 소금 100중량부에 솔잎 추출액 5~10중량부를 분무하는 단계와,
상기 솔잎 추출액이 분무된 솔잎 소금에 40~60℃의 간접열을 가하여 건조하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 수분을 1차 제거한 솔잎 소금은 함수율이 5~9%인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔잎 소금의 제조방법. - 삭제
