Claims (7)
- (a-1) 황산처리된 굴패각 30 내지 50 중량%; (a-2) 황토(clay), 석탄회(coal ash) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 5 내지 30 중량%; 및 (a-3) 수산화나트륨 용액 30 내지 40 중량%;을 포함하는 고화재 20 내지 80 중량%;
(b) 천연 굴패각 5 내지 60 중량%; 및
(c) 석탄회(coal ash) 5 내지 60 중량%;을 포함하되,
상기 황산처리된 굴패각은 CaO 함량 40 내지 70 중량%, SO3 함량 10 내지 50 중량%, Na2O 함량 0 내지 10 중량%, SiO2 함량 2 내지 3 중량% 및 MgO 함량 0 내지 10 중량%의 화학성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수산화나트륨 용액은 1 내지 10 N 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 뒷채움재는 첨가제 0.5 내지 10 중량% 더 포함하고,
상기 첨가제는 소포제, 지연제, 증점제, 안료, 균열저감제, 항균제 및 팽창재로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 뒷채움재의 압축강도는 1 내지 30일 정도 양생하면 3.5 내지 28 ㎏f/㎠까지 압축강도가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재. - Ⅰ) 천연 굴패각을 황산 용액으로 처리하여 황산처리된 굴패각을 제조하는 단계;
Ⅱ) 상기 Ⅰ) 단계의 황산처리된 굴패각;에 황토, 석탄회 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나; 및 수산화나트륨 용액;을 혼합하여 고화재를 제조하는 단계; 및
Ⅲ) 상기 Ⅱ) 단계의 고화재에 천연 굴패각과 석탄회를 혼합하여 뒷채움재를 제조하는 단계;
Ⅳ) 상기 Ⅲ) 단계의 뒷채움재를 타설 및 양생하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 황산처리된 굴패각은 CaO 함량 40 내지 70 중량%, SO3 함량 10 내지 50 중량%, Na2O 함량 0 내지 10 중량%, SiO2 함량 2 내지 3 중량% 및 MgO 함량 0 내지 10 중량%의 화학성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재의 시공방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 뒷채움재는 1 내지 30일 정도 양생하면 3.5 내지 28 ㎏f/㎠까지 압축강도가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뒷채움재의 시공방법.
