- 매트면에 있어서, 광택도 Gs(60°)가 20 이상 150 이하, 운동 마찰 계수가 0.11 이상 0.39 이하이고, 150℃에서 1시간 가열 후의 인장 강도가 350㎫ 이상 900㎫ 이하인 전해 구리박.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 150℃, 1시간 가열 후의 인장 강도가 400㎫ 이상인 전해 구리박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
당해 전해 구리박의 두께가 4㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하인 전해 구리박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전해 구리박을 집전체로 한 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극 전극.
- 제4항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 부극 전극을 사용한 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전해 구리박과 절연 필름을 적층하여 이루어지는 프린트 배선판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전해 구리박과 절연 기판을 적층하여 이루어지는 전자파 실드재.
