Claims (19)
- 테레프탈산 유래의 구조 단위를 전체 디카르복실산 구조 단위 중 30 내지 100몰% 갖고, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)으로부터 구해지는 융점(Tm)이 220 내지 290℃인 폴리아미드 [I]과,
에틸렌 [a], 탄소 원자수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 [b], 탄소·탄소 이중 결합을 1분자 내에 1개 이상 갖는 비공액 폴리엔 [c]에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 폴리엔 공중합체 고무 [II]와,
분자 중에 관능기 구조 단위를 0.3 내지 5.0질량% 포함하는 올레핀계 중합체 [III]
을 함유하는 고무 조성물 [X]와 페놀 수지계 가교제 [IV]가 동적으로 가교되어 있는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y]. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 [I]이, 디카르복실산 성분으로서 이소프탈산 유래의 구조 단위를 포함하고, 디아민 성분으로서 탄소 원자수 4 내지 15의 지방족 디아민 유래의 구조 단위를 포함하는, 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y].
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 [I]의 테레프탈산 유래의 구조 단위/이소프탈산 유래의 구조 단위의 몰비가 65/35 내지 50/50인 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y].
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 [I]에 포함되는 전체 디아민 성분 중, 40 내지 100몰%가 1,6-헥산디아민 유래의 구조 단위인 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y].
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체 [III]의 관능기 구조 단위가, 카르복실산기, 에스테르기, 에테르기, 알데히드기 및 케톤기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 관능기를 포함하는, 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y].
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 중합체 [III]의 관능기 구조 단위가, 무수 말레산 구조 단위인, 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y].
- 테레프탈산 유래의 구조 단위를 전체 디카르복실산 구조 단위 중 30 내지 100몰%를 갖고, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)으로부터 구해지는 융점(Tm)이 220 내지 290℃인 폴리아미드 [I]을 매트릭스 성분으로 하고, 그 매트릭스 성분에 분산되는 분산 성분이 에틸렌 [a], 탄소 원자수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 [b], 탄소·탄소 이중 결합을 1분자 내에 1개 이상 갖는 비공액 폴리엔 [c]에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 폴리엔 공중합체 고무 [II]와, 분자 중에 관능기 구조 단위를 0.3 내지 5.0질량% 포함하는 올레핀계 중합체 [III]을 포함하는 입자이며, 하기 (1)을 만족하는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물:
(1) (상기 분산 성분 중 입경 5㎛ 이상인 입자의 단면적의 합계) / (상기 분산 성분의 전체 입자의 단면적의 합계)의 비율이 10% 이하이다. - 테레프탈산 유래의 구조 단위를 전체 디카르복실산 구조 단위 중 30 내지 100몰% 갖고, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)으로부터 구해지는 융점(Tm)이 220 내지 290℃인 폴리아미드 [I] 10 내지 60질량%,
에틸렌 [a], 탄소 원자수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 [b], 탄소·탄소 이중 결합을 1분자 내에 1개 이상 갖는 비공액 폴리엔 [c]에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 폴리엔 공중합체 고무 [II] 30 내지 86질량%, 및
분자 중에 관능기 구조 단위를 0.3 내지 5.0질량% 포함하는 올레핀계 중합체 [III] 3 내지 30질량%
를 함유하는 고무 조성물 [X]와 페놀 수지계 가교제 [IV] 1 내지 10 질량%가 동적으로 가교되어 있는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y1](단, [I], [II], [III] 및 [IV]의 합계량을 100질량%로 한다). - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고무 조성물 [X] 중, 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 폴리엔 공중합체 고무 [II]와 올레핀계 중합체 [III]의 질량비 ([II]/[III])이 95/5 내지 60/40인 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y1].
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 [I]의 분자쇄의 말단기의 10% 이상이 말단 밀봉제에 의해 밀봉되어 있고, 그 분자쇄의 말단 아미노기량이 0.1 내지 100mmol/kg인 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y1].
- 제8항에 기재된 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y1]로부터 얻어지는 성형품.
- 테레프탈산 유래의 구조 단위를 전체 디카르복실산 구조 단위 중 30 내지 100몰% 갖고, 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)으로부터 구해지는 융점(Tm)이 220 내지 290℃인 폴리아미드 [I] 30 내지 87.7질량%,
에틸렌 [a], 탄소 원자수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 [b], 탄소·탄소 이중 결합을 1분자 내에 1개 이상 갖는 비공액 폴리엔 [c]에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 폴리엔 공중합체 고무 [II] 10 내지 45질량%, 및
분자 중에 관능기 구조 단위를 0.3 내지 5.0질량% 포함하는 올레핀계 중합체 [III] 2 내지 20질량%
를 함유하는 고무 조성물 [X]와 페놀 수지계 가교제 [IV] 0.3 내지 5.0 질량%가 동적으로 가교되어 있는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y2](단, [I], [II], [III] 및 [IV]의 합계량을 100질량%로 한다). - 제12항에 기재된 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y2]을 포함하는 층을 적어도 갖는 산업용 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동차 배관용 튜브, 공압 튜브, 유압 튜브, 페인트 스프레이 튜브, 또는 의료용 튜브인 산업용 튜브.
- 제13항에 있어서, 외경이 2mm 내지 50mm, 두께가 0.2mm 내지 10mm인 산업용 튜브.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한, 불소 수지, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리부틸렌나프탈레이트 수지(PBN), 지방족 폴리아미드 수지, 방향족 폴리아미드 수지, 메타크실렌기 함유 폴리아미드 수지, 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 비누화물(EVOH) 및 폴리페닐렌술피드 수지(PPS)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 포함하는 층을 포함하는 산업용 튜브.
- 시차 주사 열량 측정(DSC)에 의해 구해지는 융점(Tm)이 210 내지 270℃이며, DSC에 의해 구해지는 용융 열량(ΔH)이 45 내지 80mJ/mg인 폴리아미드 [Z1] 10 내지 35질량%와, 폴리아미드계 수지 조성물 [Z2] 65 내지 90질량%를 포함하는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물(단 [Z1] 및 [Z2]의 합계량을 100질량%로 한다)이며,
상기 폴리아미드계 수지 조성물 [Z2]가, 제12항에 기재된 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Y2]인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Z]. - 제17항에 기재된 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Z]로부터 사출 성형 또는 블로우 성형에 의해 얻어지는 성형품.
- 제17항에 기재된 폴리아미드계 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 [Z]를 포함하는 자동차용 등속 조인트부츠.
