따라서, 야간에 유색영역에서의 반사되는 광량을 증가시켜 전체에서 반사되는 광량이 증가되도록 하여 시인성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (15)
- 내열필름과,
상기 내열필름 상에 형성된 제 1 열가소성접착층과,
상기 제 1 열가소성접착층 상에 형성된 제 1 난연층과,
상기 제 1 난연층 상에 형성된 유색층과,
상기 유색층 상에 형성된 투광층과,
상기 투광층 상에 형성된 제 1 집광층을 포함하며 유색영역이 한정되어 이 유색영역의 상기 투광층이 상기 제 1 집광층을 통해 입사되는 광을 투과시키면서 상기 유색층과의 계면에서 산란시켜 이 산란된 광 중 일부가 상기 유색층에 형광 또는 축광된 광과 같이 상기 제 1 집광층을 통해 외부로 방출되게 하는 유색부와;
상기 제 1 집광층 상의 반사영역에 열압착되어 상기 유색영역을 한정하는 제 2 열가소성접착층과,
상기 제 2 열가소성접착층 상에 형성된 제 2 난연층과,
상기 제 2 난연층 상에 형성된 반사층과,
상기 반사층 상에 형성된 제 2 집광층을 포함하여 상기 반사층이 상기 제 2 집광층을 통해 상기 반사영역에 입사되는 광을 반사시키는 반사부를 포함하는 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 내열필름이 이형처리된 내열시트로 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 유색층이 폴리우레탄(polyurethane)계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합물(EVA copolymer), 폴리에스텔계 수지, 메타아크릴계 수지 또는 아크릴 공중합물로 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 유색층은 형광재 및 축광재 중 어느 하나가 선택적으로 포함되거나, 또는, 형광재 및 축광재가 함께 포함되는 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 투광층이 SiO2, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), TO(Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3 또는 CeO2으로 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 투광층이 SiO2, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), TO(Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3 또는 CeO2 중에서 선택된 2개 층 이상의 복수 개 층으로 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 투광층이 100 ∼ 3000Å의 두께로 증착되어 형성된 재귀반사시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 캐리어필름 상에 제 1 비드정렬층과 다수 개의 비드로 이루어진 제 1 집광층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 집광층의 표면에 투광층, 유색층, 제 1 난연층, 제 1 열가소성접착층 및 제 1 보호필름을 순차적으로 적층하여 유색부를 형성하는 공정과,
제 2 캐리어필름 상에 제 2 비드정렬층과 다수 개의 비드로 이루어진 제 2 집광층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제 2 집광층의 표면에 반사층, 제 2 난연층, 제 2 열가소성접착층 및 제 2 보호필름을 순차적으로 적층하여 반사부를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 반사부를 반사영역의 폭을 갖는 줄무늬 형상으로 다수 개로 분리하고 상기 제 2 열가소성접착층이 노출되게 상기 제 2 보호필름을 제거하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 보호필름을 제거하여 상기 제 1 열가소성접착층을 노출시키고 다시 노출된 제 1 열가소성접착층의 표면에 내열필름을 부착하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 캐리어필름 및 제 1 비드정렬층을 제거하여 상기 제 1 집광층을 노출하고 이 제 1 집광층 표면에 노출된 제 2 열가소성접착층을 유색 영역의 간격으로 접촉하고 상기 유색부 상에 반사부를 열압착하는 공정을 포함하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 내열필름을 이형처리된 내열 시트로 형성하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 유색층을 폴리우레탄(polyurethane)계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합물(EVA copolymer), 폴리에스텔계 수지, 메타아크릴계 수지 또는 아크릴 공중합물로 형성하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 유색층을 형광재 및 축광재 중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 포함하거나, 또는, 형광재 및 축광재를 함께 포함하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 투광층을 SiO2, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), TO(Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3 또는 CeO2으로 형성하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 투광층을 SiO2, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), TO(Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), TiO2, ZnS, ZnO, Al2O3 또는 CeO2 중에서 선택한 2개 층 이상의 복수 개 층으로 형성하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서 상기 투광층을 100 ∼ 3000Å의 두께로 증착하여 형성하는 재귀반사시트의 제조방법.
