- (A) 아스퍼질러스 오리재(Aspergillus oryzae), 곡물 및 정제수를 혼합하는 단계; (B) 인삼, 현삼, 단삼, 고삼, 사삼, 만삼 및 단너삼을 혼합하여 삼베포에 싸서 상기 혼합물에 묻어 28~32℃에서 10~20시간 발효시키는 단계; (C) 상기 발효물에 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis)를 혼합하여 40~50℃에서 20~30시간 발효시키는 단계; (D) 상기 발효물에 락토바실러스 불가리쿠스(Lactobacillus bulgaricus)를 혼합하여 35~45℃에서 20~30시간 발효시키는 단계; (E) 상기 발효물에 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)를 혼합하여 20~30℃에서 45~55시간 발효시키는 단계; (F) 상기 발효물에 비피도박테리움 비피둠(Bifidobacterium bifidum)을 혼합하여 38~42℃에서 10~20시간 발효시키는 단계; (G) 상기 발효물을 용매로 추출하는 단계; 및 (H) 상기 추출물을 삼나무통에서 2~8℃에서 7~10일간 숙성하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 생약복합발효추출물을 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 0.001~10중량% 함유하는 항산화 및 피부염증 완화용 화장료 조성물.
